My family truly enjoyed our shopping experience at the Lovesac showroom in Williston, VT! The team made us feel right at home and the showroom was set up in a way that allowed us to explore the options that we were interested in and really get a feel for your product. Any and all of our questions were answered and the environment created by the Associates and District Manager was friendly, comfortable and extremely low pressure. When we walked into the store, we weren’t sure if Lovesac furniture was what we wanted for our living room. After talking with the team, watching Colby’s demonstration and experiencing the comfort and quality of your product for ourselves we knew we had found what our family needed. John picked up where Colby left off and was amazing! He answered every question we had and offered information that we hadn’t thought to ask about that really made us feel comfortable with our choice to purchase, and leave us super excited for our Sactional and Big One to arrive! Not to mention making it a really fun and friendly experience! We absolutely could not have asked for a better experience or team to help us in our search for the last couch we’ll ever buy! Thank you!By Brett Ott (2 months ago)

Being one of the only electronic stores in Vermont, I’ve never had any issues here. They always have a wide selection of electronics with great deals, I’ve purchased everything here from a coffee maker to a treadmill. The staff is always friendly, attentive to my needs and super chill. A great overall shopping atmosphere and experience.By Nicholas Erwin (4 months ago)The store had what I went there for. I looked online to make sure it was in stock. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped told them what I was looking for and they directed me. When I went back to say I could find i, he sent me back to look again. I looked again, couldn’t find my item, went back and asked for an associate to help me. The gentleman that was helping me stopped and asked another person if they needed help before finishing up with me. He radio another associate to meet me in the appropriate isle for my item. Took 8 min for him to make his way to me. Then another 10 min to goes by while associate went outback to look for my item. Finally got my item and was not on sale like online said and they couldn’t override it. It was something that I needed either way so paid and left. This was not a terrible experience but I feel it could have been handled more efficient and smooth. End of the day I’m just happy to see employees working and the store open. Hard to find these days! ❤️By Natalie Dutra (4 months ago)Purchased laptop and was pushed too hard with extras, especially the credit card. A few comments the guy made about us saying no to the card over three times left me feeling like I should’ve purchased somewhere else. I worked at Best Buy years ago and know they used to cut hours if you didn’t sell enough apps so I get it, but we said no twice who says we will say yes on the third try, then make us feel bad about it? Having to wait in a “queue” to be helped was strange, why couldn’t the person signing us up help us buy the laptop we knew we wanted already? Overall a weird time.By Erin Doble (5 months ago)I needed to exchange a recent purchase. I went to my favorite Best Buy in Williston, Vermont. The Best Buy Associate who assisted me was Devin. Devin was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took care of my issue promptly. I appreciate the time and attention he gave to me during this visit.By Chuck LaClair (5 months ago)Normally I don’t care for Best Buy, generally the employees are useless and prices are high but yesterday I went with my room mate and an employee named David at the register was beyond helpful getting us what we needed when other employees didn’t feel like doing their job. He even looked to see if he could get us any discounts. He ended up getting us what we needed and answered questions in a very knowledgeable manner. Keep this guy, he’s how employees should be.By Sneggle Derlickton (2 months ago)

Customer service was excellent! Rob in the laptop department was able to provide knowledgeable information to assist with my laptop purchase. Shailendra with geek squad was able to finalize my decision and get my new computer ready for use asap. He explained everything well and provided status every step of the way. Needless to say I’m a happy customer.By Christopher Gilchrist (8 months ago)Like most best buys, this one was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and I didn’t get harassed about taking pictures for this review.By Wilmer Chavarria (a year ago)Beware- this store does not accept incoming calls. So if you have a problem, or just a simple question about equipment you purchased, you can only call an 800 number which can only schedule an appointment for weeks in advance. It is apparently a corporate decision. The result is the customer gets no service and the store potentially wastes time to send out a technician when a simple phone conversation might have solved the problem. POlicy mkes no sense.By Scott Labun (2 months ago)I went in to buy a drone. Their system said there was one in stock however, two employees turned the store inside/out but could not find it anywhere. Many thanks to those two young men for trying so hard.By Robert L. (4 months ago)Spent $1,200 on a computer tower here. Stopped turning on after 23 days so I brought it back for an exchange w/ the receipt.
An employee told me they couldn’t do a direct exchange, but they would ship it themselves for repair. When the manager came around & told us they couldn’t do that, the employee acted like he’d never said it.
Refused to do anything because they have a 15-day return window, regardless of receipt. You have to pay extra for a longer window
Management at this location is shady. I recommend not making m
expensive purchases here (and don’t buy prebuilt computers–especially at Best Buy). Their prices are usually higher than competitors, anyway.By Merchaant (5 months ago)

Signed up for a Geek Squad membership a month ago and have been to my local store for two appointments now. Both times I have ran into issues. First appointment they set up my new LapTop and forgot to give me back the charger, got 20 miles away and realized. Of course had to go back to the store to pick up. They did give me a credit which was nice. Second time, today, had a horrible experience. Had an appointment for 1:20, was 5 minutes late and they turned me away and said I would have to make another appointment. The agent argued with me on what time I got there. SO unprofessional and a real big pain. Again had to drive way out of my way and take time off of work to be turned away for being 5 minutes late!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!By Heather Lefebvre (2 years ago)My expert has been excellent recently. I had the battery replaced in my iPhone 6 Plus in under 30 minutes as a walk in. I was so impressed I brought in my lap top and all in one for service with lifetime security. Very knowledgeable and efficient.By Anthony Basiliere (4 years ago)I initially had a relatively nice interaction with the agents at this location. My laptop needed to be sent in for repairs and was covered under warranty. The source of the issue was the USB charging port jarring loose, which i learned is a common issue with regular use. After receiving my repaired laptop, I inquired about purchasing another warranty since this problem is likely to recur with normal wear. The response I got from the agent was essentially that my laptop was too old. There was also a large, obvious scratch on the laptop, that I mentioned. And was told that because there were other small blemishes already present, I “couldn’t prove” this was the fault of Geek Squad or Best Buy. I understand policy is policy but this information was delivered rudely, and in a way that was clearly meant to insult a (two year) old crappy laptop. Lastly, I explicitly asked more than one agent everything I should do if I choose to back up my computer myself, and am now realizing “making sure you can retrieve your Microsoft license” was completely overlooked. Your experience is a luck of the draw of who you end up speaking with. I’ll be going out of my way to avoid both companies.By Olivia Whittemore (4 years ago)Went to have my iPhone battery replaced. 20 minutes after inspecting it they told me that due to a faint scratch in the glass 9the phone is 5 years old) they would need to send it out. Why didn’t th3y tell me upfront? I can go to an Apple store and have it done while I wait. The Geek Squad clergy told me I would need three visits. C’mon. Really?By Dave Swartz (5 years ago)Geek Squad in Williston has done a great job fixing our computers in the past. I always appreciate their prompt service & the way they communicate respectfully to their customers!
Thanks in particular to Anderson Gonzalez for walking me thru my options when my computer hard drive actually crashed!
Some tech people just talk over your head,… instead, Anderson was very helpful, educational and clearly explaned my best options in a way that any lay person could understand.
