Very frustrated we walked into the establishment hoping for the best and expecting the worst. Scanning the place, we focused on the tv section and headed to our destination. No sooner did we reach the area we were looking for, an employee approached us asking if we needed assistance. I stated rapidly what we were in search of and he quickly escorted us to the exact product we desired. We were very happy they had what we wanted, thanked the assisting employee, paid for our purchase and left the store. The process took less than 15 minutes and was also $1 less than the other store we originally went to. We are very satisfied with the product and service received. We have vowed to give any of our electronics business to Best Buy from now on. There is a store phone number, but I’m not even sure if it’s possible to speak with store associates. Instead, you wait on hold to speak to someone in a call center, so if you have problems with products, or service, you can’t get in touch with store associates whatsoever. After 4 phone calls and literally 40 minutes on hold after being hung up on twice, I was able to leave a voicemail.
Requested the store manager, he was there but he’s too good or too busy to talk to customers having issues so somebody else tried to resolve the issue. After being given a phone number, explaining the issue, the third time being transferred a person was able to resolve the issue. Or so we thought, because the information given was wrong and we were told to go to the store to pick up product that wasn’t even there.
They’ll sell you whatever they want, but provide zero help or any kind of service thereafter. I used to love shopping here, but customer service is non-existent.
I’m incredibly disappointed in this specific store, if only they had real completion in the area perhaps the service wouldn’t be so abysmal.

I’m not normally into themes, however this one caught our eye, we thought it would be fun to go in and check it out. It was happy hour therefore we stepped up to the bar. I have excellent beers on tap, free popcorn and nice bartenders. The ambiance of course as you may have gassed is space like with alien motifs painted or pictured all around. It is more darkened inside to bring out the feeling of space. It’s more a sports bar in the bar section filled with big screen TVs and various sports channels playing.
The restaurant has a center dome that is painted with fluorescent alien and motifs.

Checked into queue via QR code. Easy process. The Apple Rep even offered help while I am waiting a short bit for help! A Geek Squad member while helping another customer grabbed the charger I needed and told me I was next in queue to be ring up. I brought my laptop in for routine maintenance and cleaning internally. The cleaning was never done. I opened it up two days later to check something inside and it was still in dire need of cleaning. Most of the time entering here you get greeted right away and asked if they can help you find anything right away. Although the other times they lack customer service. I waited for 20 minutes for an employee to get something off of a top rack for me. I watched probably half a dozen employees walk past me and not once ask if I needed anything. I ended up just walking out. They do have an online order system that works well and is fast and easy. I’m not going to let 1 or 2 bad experiences keep me from purchasing stuff here.
