Walmart on Highland is always busy, dirty and never friendly. You can’t get in. Find parking or get help from anyone. The people are rude and act like they would rather be anywhere else.

Walmart on Parker is completely different story. They are polite, professional and most will go out of their way to help you. Not sure if it’s because they are in a different location but even when they are busy. Their store stays stocked.

I accidentally put my order in at Parker which is further from my home. I called Highland thinking it was there. I was rudely told off by the staff, even though i tried calling for 15 minutes with no answer from their line as i waited. And was told that was my fault cause they were busy. When I got to Parker 30 minutes later. I called to let them now I arrived and what happened. They brought my order right out and had no problem with me being late they understood the issue.

Walmart employees need better training dealing with people. Go to Parker for better experience.

Corey Jackson went above and beyond today. He helped Nettleton Baptist Church gather many, many, school supplies to fill our back to school backpacks. He spent almost 2 hours finding, counting, checkout and loading my car. Thank you Manager Jason for hooking me up with Corey.

The staff has always been helpful when needed. If we could get someone in jewelry all the time to work the counter it would be much appreciated. I know as a customer, usually I don’t have a lot of time to wait on an associate to get there, so it would be very helpful for the working public or for families who are in a hurry.

Never have I seen Parker Road Walmart in such a mess! Which is why I don’t go to the one on Highland. The clothing dept was a disaster. Clothes all over floor and racks packed so tight you couldn’t look if you wanted to! Sizes all mixed together and back breaking to sort through. The deli was extremely slow service. Lost my desire to ever go back. No excuses for the condition of the store. Oh and stray carts jacking up handicap parking…it goes on and on.

This is a step up from the Walmart in Trumann, but still yet I don’t care for it much. If you need help it is extremely difficult to find a person that works there to help you. It’s like they see a customer and head in the total opposite direction just so they don’t have to work. Which I have always assumed was their job, but hey what do I know ! Not only do I have to check myself out but if I have x amount of items in my cart then I get stopped by someone at the door “to check my receipt.” Give me a break, I have to go around the store find what I need, myself bc they aren’t going to help anyone if they don’t want too. Then I have to check and bag my own merchandise and then you are going to stop me at the door, acting like I stole something, which I do not do, and make me wait while you go through my receipt and bags. Thanks but no thanks. If I can’t get it legitimately, then I dont really need it do I !? There is no reason for me to steal anything from anyone. The way I see it, people and places, work hard for what they have and deserve it since they did work hard for it. I’m not about to take something that doesn’t belong to me bc I didn’t earn it, so don’t make me look like I stole something when I didn’t. Not only am I doing your job for you, you are going to take more of my time by making it look like I tried to steal something from you. Nah I’m over that already. Thanks but no thanks Walmart I’ll shop somewhere else from now on. Have a nice day I won’t be seeing you again.

Out of the 2 “Supercenter” locations in town, this seems to be the worse one. You’ll be able to find everything you would at a typical Walmart Supercenter but the store, both inside and outside, appears less clean and less inviting than it’s sister store across town. I don’t routinely shop at this location and prefer the Neighborhood Markets or other grocers in town.

Hi I wanted to state that there is a Hispanic woman who works in the bakery area she was very rude to me and my family and there are plenty of people we know and don’t know who seen her react very rude to us and we was in the bakery for a wedding cake I guess she miss understood or was just having a bad day but she told us to get out of her area and we said we was there for a special cake and as well we had our mother who was un able to walk and we was not in her way but I guess she got mad over us planning for a wedding and was very rude we have come to this Walmart for years and never had a problem with it until now. I hope a manager sees this and helps out please and thank you! She doesn’t work behind the bakery she was putting stuff on shelves!

Typically, shopping at this store isn’t too bad of an experience. Today was interesting though. No shopping carts at the entrances. Customers having to go back outside and walk around in the parking lot to get their own carts. Employees standing at the entrance talking, joking around, etc. Where is the manager?? As I walked back out into the lot to find a cart, I decided to just hop in my truck… ultimately went elsewhere to spend my money instead.

Consistently trashed on the inside with open food, drinks, etc on the shelves and in the aisles. Be careful while holding your infant and walking because the associates placing items into the blue carts for pick up do not watch where they are going and will hit you. They also block the aisle ways while shopping/stocking.

I come to this Walmart a lot and have always been kind to the workers and the workers has always been kind to me! But there is a new lady in bakery I’ve never seen before and she’s like I wanna say Hispanic or Mexican … She was very rude to my family on a special auction at that and a lot of people that work there has known me as a child…now I don’t want to go back to this Walmart because of how rude she was she works morning time in bakery putting things on shelves if something could get done about that I’d truly appreciate it!
