Terrible store! Would rate this a -1000 if that was possible! First of all it’s so dirty and gross. I walk into a different Walmart and it’s well kept. This is the only one I know that isn’t. The employees are super rude and they don’t care about you. The worst part is that some of the products DO NOT match their prices or THEY DO NOT have prices… Like it takes me soooo long to shop here because I’m trying to figure out the prices. Also they have no price scanners in the store. They used to have many but I can’t seem to find any and none of the employees care to help. Walmart just turns out to be such an inconvenience and I try to avoid it. I also don’t feel safe coming in here after the sun goes down. It also has a mini police station inside I think that should tell you something about this store. :/

I ordered new tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. When I showed up for my appointment they made me sit there for 15 minutes while the worker “searched” for the tires. Then she came out and told me that they could only find 3 of the 4 tires I needed. How do you not have the tires I ordered two weeks ago? Why wouldn’t you ensure you have the stock for people’s appointments before their appointment time? Then, she refused to refund me but said she could “sell me different tires” as if I had an extra $500 laying around to buy a whole second set of tires with. Seriously?

The Walmart girls that brought my order out for curbside pick up were super cool and nonjudgmental of my messy vehicle lol. I didn’t ask their names but I should have so I could give them a shout out. All I know is one of them was new and the other girl was kind of showing her what to do.
Anyways the parking lot was a s*** show honestly very stressful and chaotic. Parking lot had plenty of entrance and exit points which was cool but it seemed crowded or like the spots were too close together or something.
I didn’t end up going inside or anything but yeah. My experience was good, I don’t know about the state of the actual store itself but with the parking lot how it was I would not be very inclined to go back lol.

I like Walmart..I usually go to the one on Robert St in West Saint Paul..the store is clean..they have items that I can’t get at Target..I usually buy a lot of stuff for my cat. I buy food..I like the pre packaged salads and I like to buy self care and cosmetics. I had a wonderful experience one evening because an employee..named Teresa..she was I think a night shift manager. She helped me and I am very thankful for her kindness and for her love of cats and thoughtfulness..she went above and beyond and if you ever see her…tell her you read this and I thank her. Thanks Teresa

I went to Regal Nail inside of Walmart. I’m sorry I forgot my Nail tech name. Everyone does a great job. Pleasant atmosphere Reasonably priced. They also do waxing. Only a 15 min wait.

Was at the door when they opened and everyone was upbeat Good Morning from each employee. The store was clean and ready for me to run thru. Needed some storage bins for a new college student. Great prices and everything was shelved nicely.

This location is your standard Walmart. The staff is very friendly, somewhat helpful, and yet the store itself lacks luster. I’m a bit disappointed with their photo department, but what can you expect? It’s Walmart not some photo shop. I’d grab maybe inexpensive frozen goods here.

The store has improved greatly from one end to the other in the last 6 months to a year.

The shadiest Walmart I’ve ever been to — both in appearance and activity. I came in for a pickup because we’ve had a lot of mail being stolen in our neighborhoods. The woman retrieving the items complained about how heavy the order and insisted all my items were there in sealed packages. When I got home, half of my items were not there. I called the store and was transferred to someone claiming to be the manager in Store Pickup and she couldn’t do anything. After she spun a story about how the order was split and I picked these items up on two separate occasions, she offered to transfer me to management. The manager said I could come in and they’d review the video, but there’s nothing they can really do as it was marked as completely filled today. I contacted Walmart Corporate and they took care of it. If you’re here for pick up, make sure you open all sealed packages before you sign because there is a lot of incompetence here and no one wants to take responsibility. For every five workers standing around in-store, there was one in the area exerting minimal effort. Lack of customer service and clear communications does not make this a safe place to shop.

The store was in such disarray. There was a woman looking around by the check out lanes for any change on the floor. The only good experience is that I found flower sack towels for my cleaning business and at a good price. If you up your game, I think the traffic of people who are smoking right out side of the entry or exit, setting up the store in a more functional way, you won’t attract people who do not care and leave the store a mess. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
