I love shopping at Walmart late at night me and my grandmother who is passed away now but I still love and remember and enjoy every time I get to spend hours at Walmart late at night when no one is there and most all people are at home sleeping. Good Walmart great employees very cheerful happy helpfully respectful Walmart Employees…

Only a handful of registers were open, as usual. Shelves were a disaster, store was dirty. To top it off , my car was blocked in by a row of carts that someone (unsure if it was a worker who put them there or customers who just started a new row) put right behind it. Reminded me why I haven’t been to Walmart in years.

Received gift cards for Christmas and added them to my app for convenience while traveling. Cashier was lovely, but needed assistance with Walmart pay. Cashier in lane next to us came to assist but had HORRIBLE Customer skills. Essentially told me that I need to carry the cards from now on… I’d give zero ☆ for her attitude alone if I could.

Usually I use the self checkout. But I had a bunch of heavy awkward items so I went to an actual checkout. The cashier named Chris was extremely rude. He made me pick everything up separately because he said it wasn’t his job to come around and scan items like all the other cashiers do. It took home FOREVER to check us out. He even stopped twice in between scanning items to check his phone. He also got distracted every time someone walked by. Kind of just tossed the receipt to me without even saying anything. Will definitely not be coming back.

Giant store makes it difficult to find items easily… Isles crowded with carts and restock makes it more difficult. Employees try to assist but it is a giant store.
    Update

I changed review to five stars. I bought a Canon printer and could not get it to work. So I called Canon helpline. They inform me that I needed to spend another $200 to fix my computer problem before my printer would work.
(Of course only they could fix it for the $200) Since I had a printer working just not correctly. I refused, then took the printer back to Walmart. They returned my money without question.

Other than the damp mood of everyone in the store, the experience was fine. I found the product I needed (and more) at a great price. This location installed a lot of self-check machines, which can be nice; it allowed me to check out quickly with no waiting. The only odd thing was that a number of lights were off/out in part of the store, so the lighting was a bit dim.

Very disappointed in the location I’ve been going to all my life (even before it was a super Walmart) ran in to grab a few groceries and reload my debit card. After paying for my groceries with a cashier I asked to reload my card. The cashier seemed new and had a floater from the self check out area assisting her. The floater explained to me that I had to go to the service desk to load funds. I asked why because I’ve loaded it at the cash register multiple times (which is in the policy) the floater then had rudely stated “not for That amount” I went to the service desk loaded my card and then went to my car to check the website to see if the policy changed. The website did not state any changes or that there was an exceeded amount that I’d be directed to the service desk. I went back in and asked the woman who spoke to me so rudely what her name was so I could speak to a manager which wasn’t much help because the manager seemed to have the same attitude even after I showed her the policy on the website (the woman never gave me her name btw). Seeing as I was getting no where I called corporate office to question their card reload policy and to see if there were changes. I was informed that I should have been able to reload at the register for the amount I wanted to add (u can load up to $1000 a day at Walmart)
if your store location has certain policy changes u should inform the customer and also have ur management handle it differently. I don’t think anyone apologized to me the whole time until I was on the phone with the corporate office. Like I said just disappointed.

This one is on the other side of town for me. I was actually on the hunt for a product… both Walmarts actually didn’t have it.
BUT!!!! It has been years since I’ve been to the east Walmart. I have been missing out. It is clean and well stocked. PLUS there are so many things here from my childhood, things not found at West Walmart. I so enjoyed browsing the aisles. Yep, coming back more often!!
Here are few goodies I found and brought home with me…

Cindy thought that we were felons and got kicked out of the store because my friend choked on a drink, Cindy was uncommunicative about what we did wrong and was overall rude to us. They overreacted completely about the whole situation even when we were respectful about leaving the store. We had no time to explain ourselves. They also thought that we shop lifted because of our drinks that were all payed for. Cindy should be fired immediately and they should know how to treat customers. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

They never make up there mind the store is always changing. What I really don’t like is now we have almost all personal checkouts with employees just standing around incase you need help which I don’t understand. When we go shopping for a week for the family I really don’t want to hand check it all out it’s nice if you have a few things but not the nicest when you have a lot I liked it how it was pre covid 19
