Might have felt better about today’s trip if the woman at the door didn’t irritate me as soon as we walked in! I have been carrying the same backpack purse to this store (and everywhere else) for the last few months, before that I was carrying a regular backpack (I prefer backpacks over purses) for the 2 years that I have been going to this store and NEVER had a problem. Today the lady stopped my sister and I as soon as we got in and all of a sudden I am not allowed to carry my backpack purse in this store? Well, that’s fine I guess now when we go grocery shopping I will just have to carry the 1 actual purse i own which will fit 2 of the one (with everything in it) I was carrying today inside it because apparently large purses are acceptable but small backpack shaped ones are not. We got to see several women with larger purses than the one I was made to take to the car, just ridiculous!

For the audience this Walmart enjoys, I think the staff does an excellent job. Store is always well stocked and clean. Parking lot is a nightmare. Been harassed by grifters, but again, not the staffs fault.

This is one of the worst Walmarts around. Employees are aways rude, it’s very rare to come across a decent employee at this location. This location is so unorganized! You go to any other Walmart and you don’t have to fight your way to get down aisles! Absolutely ridiculous how they have their personal shopping carts just out in the main aisle all the time making it hard for customers to get what they need. Never any carts in the cart return so you have to either find out throughout the store, or go outside to bring one in.

Went in today for a few last minute items and to get my daughter something from the kids jewelry section for receiving all As and was hounded down by one frantic looking younger worker with glasses. And a man who pretended to be on his phone waiting for us to steal!!! Racial profiling at it’s finest. Spend hundreds every week here the nerve

Do not EVER do a grocery order from here. My order was supposed to arrive at 7pm it is now almost midnight after telling me to continue waiting they have now canceled the order. I will pay more to utilize a better store because their customer service sucks!

Went to buy headlights after realizing they went out which is was dark out. But it was after 9 pm and no one in whole store including managers had the keys to glass case where the headlights are locked up. What’s the point of having them in a isle that has everything else in available anytime of the day or night but not the lights? Was very disappointed!

No real workers available when you need assistance, like finding something throughout the store.. Only self-checkouts available, except 1 lane reserved for the “tobacco line”, and when you have bottle slips to turn in, you can’t cash them out at the self-check out register, you have to waste more time at Customer Service just to get your cash back!! Not to mention, after they make you ring everything up and check yourself out, they stop you at the door before exiting to check your receipt!! If Walmart had lanes open with real workers to ring you up, there would be no need in stopping everyone at the exit to make sure I did THEIR job correctly!!

It’s uncomfortable to have a cashier (older gentleman around 8-9pm) stand by the machine I was checking out with but then walked away when I was done with my transaction. I shopped here a couple of times a week and spend a good amount of my hard earn money. Not anymore, I’ll take my money elsewhere. y’all keep running people away with this sort of behavior.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! We asked the lady in the self checkout for a price check as item had no sticker/price tag and was told to go back to the department we got it from and find a worker to check for us. If there was a worker back there, we would have asked them. Since there was NOT a worker in that department, we took it to the register for help. I’m sorry asking an employee to do their JOB was too much for her. Will NOT be going back to this location.

I love Walmart . The store is always stocked well & great deals. There’s one downfall that I hear at least once every time I go , that it the the people watching over the U scans constantly waking up over your shoulder while checking out . They always ask if you’re going to pay for items before your even done. The give customers the feeling they think we’re going to steal. It has to be the way they’re being trained. This is only at the Corunna Rd Walmart
