Great and helpful staff/employees/workers and people who efficiently helped me find items that were previously impossible for me to locate. I asked one employee for help and she truly gave the best service possible, putting her own current task aside to help me. The store looks nicely organized. I would recommend this target to anyone, and I hope to again soon be brought back to the area so I can explore this target again. It is too big with far too many items to explore the whole thing in just one visit.

They were amazing! I had to drive over an hour in order to fix an issue from another store and they resolved my issue quickly while showing empathy for my situation. I am definitely contacting corporate in regards to the associate who helped me because she went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and my issue was resolved. I went in thinking I would be calling corporate for a negative but she turned it around and I left with only the good experience on my mind!! I appreciate all they do at this location. They rock 😊 They set the bar high for customer service, that I cannot deny.

I had to return/exchange an item at customer service and the store was extremely busy with holiday/weekend shoppers. The sales associate was very patient with me when trying to open my account on my app and offered other options. Kudos!

This store literally stole a $50 Target gift card from me. The gift cards require an access code from the back that has to be scratched off much like a scratch ticket barcode, but its so cheaply printed that the numbers came off with the film when I scratched. The cashier told me to talk to guest services, who told me there is nothing they could do and to call corporate – yeah right, that’s how I’m going to spend my life.

So I guess good on you Target for finding a way to steal $50 from me (well, really the person who bought me the gift card).

TLDR: don’t buy Target gift cards, if anything does wrong they steal the balance from you and tell you there is nothing they can do.

I was here today (fruitville pike location) and when I got to the register the cashier (named Tom) was very slow. (Manager should make sure he’s comfortable before going on the register.) I don’t know if he is new, but clearly he hasn’t received enough training because the person in front of me had gift cards and he didn’t seem to know how to process them. Took way too long. Also, when he finally got to my order he ripped a bag of the chips because he pushed the conveyor belt button and they caught caught. (Everyone makes mistakes, and this is not the reason I am giving one star. It’s what happened after.) So after I asked if someone could please grab me another bag. He said he would ask someone (but instead just looked around and didn’t say anything.) I saw a girl standing next to us and I asked her. She said ok let me check. Another girl came up to me later and said they didn’t have the staff to go get it and were ‘too busy.’ So I had to grab them myself. While I was heading back there there were 3 workers just standing there talking. When I got back I asked the cashier; Tom if he had scanned the chips that ripped. He said, “no they were on the belt when they broke. Remember?” I understand if someone is learning how to do thier job, but its not ok to be rude for no reason. The staff at this store is lazy and clearly do not care about their customers.

I used to love this Target, and I still do a lot of my shopping there because it is on my way home from work. I do think that the people in the pharmacy are both friendly and helpful. This part of my experience has remained consistent, and I am thankful for it.

Since reorganizing the store, shelves have been very unorganized. I don’t mind that they changed it around, but some sections have just been quite messy. Today the bathrooms were awful. There was toilet paper and trash all over the floor.

The most inconsistent part of my experience has been the pickup ordering. I deal with chronic pain issues and occasionally use the pickup option on my worst days (maybe once every other month). I can still walk, but reducing the amount that I walk just on these days helps me to recover faster. The heat caused a considerable amount of pain, so I put together a small grocery run since I was already going to be out that way. The trainer made everyone in front of us, including me walk back through the store to pickup our order. I offered my empty cart to her hoping this would make it easier for her (as other associates seemed to appreciate this in the past), and she ignored me. This would not have bothered me as much but she complained about the fact that I got so much, and warned me that it would take her several trips even though we were literally right outside the door where the order was kept. It was 5-6 bags of mostly fruits and vegetables, cat food, and paper towels.

This Target location is not like the Target in New York City. They seem to have a larger selection of produce to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful when called on for assistance. There price check scanner are mostly all in working order. Unlike in New York City, most of the scanners are not functioning. They have a Starbucks and a small food court to sit and eat at.

This is a great branch of Target which include CVS and Starbucks, can you imagine how all these goodies are packed together… I’ve visited with my parents, mom and dad but my sister wasn’t with us, for part of the time she was with us on a video call

The most exciting thing that happened to me at Target recently is that I was provided a cheesy pick up line outside from an attractive man. Single ladies got to take those uplifting compliments when we can get them. 😂 Totally made my day and makes me want to shop Target more often. Those Wally World (Walmart) peeps have me feeling some sort of way now, and their parking lots sheesh. They’re a MAZE! Am I right!?

Nothing is stocked where it belongs, so you have no idea how much something is. Make sure you read the shelves, or you will be in for a big surprise at the checkout.
