Customer service is great at this store. I bought a box of honest diapers yesterday and accidentally left them in my buggy after paying for them. I guess someone took them as their own, as I called the store to see if anyone turned them in but they hadn’t. Target customer service gave me a gift card in the amount so I could purchase them again. Very pleased and love Target even more now 😀

If you haven’t been to Target in awhile because of all the construction and the remodel, go! The entire store updated, clean, and beautiful, but you will also find many other pleasant surprises as well. New product lines, more efficient traffic patterns and service areas, and a much better shopping experience.

Best of all? The staff is friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and excited to help.

    Great job, Target!

Crazy busy on this November (weekend before Thanksgiving) Saturday afternoon. I came in for a pickup and there was plenty of staff at the CS pickup/return counter. Employees were smiling and no show of stress at the time of my arrival (about 2pm). Lots of teamwork and plenty of positive attitudes. I got my order with minimal wait and little effort on my part. No complaints from me!

Congratulations Target! You have forgotten what made you great, quality items and a clean store. The Marshals and Big Lots next to you had exactly what we were looking for and you didn’t. Both of them were cleaner, better organized, and the employees were actually working instead of playing around, or complaining about supervision that was making fun of them (both not a good optic).

This location really needs a visit from corporate!

Terrible mess of unstocked projects in many departments. Precariously stacked boxes of product dangerously left in many store aisles. Very difficult to navigate around with a cart. I can’t imagine anyone with an ambulatory disability being able to navigate the store safely.

We stopped here while we were traveling because I absolutely love a good Target. This was probably one of the worst Targets I’ve been in. I don’t know who manages this place but it was absolutely disorganized. Up and down every single aisle there were carts of merchandise that needed to be put away. In the clothing section there were just carts full of clothes and all the racks were disorganized. It looked like a tornado had gone off inside the store. I’m not sure how people shop this way. We went into a couple other stores in the actual area and they were all pretty similar to this so not sure if this is an Asheville thing or what? I personally couldn’t stand how messy it was and turned around and left.

We moved to AVL about a month ago… one of my requirements when we moved from a major city was that we were still 10ish min from a Target. I’m a red card holder, big Target fan. I went every other day when we lived in a major city. I am so disappointed in this Target. It is awful. Looks like a tornado blew through the store, there are tripping hazards on every single aisle. I’m surprised the fire dept hasn’t given them trouble. I am not sure who is running this store but they need to be fired. I have never seen a target look like this before. I have resorted to running to Walmart for my needs and driving out to the Arden Target (30min drive) every so often. Not sure how this Target is sliding under the radar but it is. Truly awful.

Worst and most embarrassing Target I’ve ever stepped foot in. It’s like no one works or cares here. Not only is everything on the floor or shelves empty but I couldn’t find an employee on the whole left side of the store at 8pm on a Monday night. I pressed the help button 3 times before giving up and walking away. And to top it all off, they had to scan my id at self checkout while purchasing NA beer (and I’m 36). Walmart has more class than this Target. Pathetic.

The most disastrous Target, especially recently. Needs new management. They treat their employees horribly. This store needs to be shut down for a week just so they can clean up, reorganize and restock.

Target has gone so downhill in the last several years. It used to be clearly and logically laid out. Now it’s this random and chaotic explosion of separate designers, obviously meant to make shoppers look at every single square foot of space to find whatever they came in for.

A challenge for Target: how about stocking what your customers are actually looking for and making it easily findable, instead of stocking what you want us to buy, and trying to force us to buy it by making it nearly impossible to find what we want?

Thanks to Target for suggesting this review option in their ill-advised “customer satisfaction” survey. lol
