I bought a $500 plus dollar air conditioner delivered and was brought this beat up piece of junk missing the remote and the booklets etc. Best Buy has given me the run around for a week and today flat out refused to pick it up and bring me a replacement. They will only return my money if I get help and bring it to the store myself. This ends my 30+ year business relationship with this company. Staff was very helpful and professional. Store is organized. It was easy to find what I was looking for as soon as I walked in the door. Haven’t been to Best Buy in a while, but had to look for a few gifts today. I was surprisingly impressed with the vast selection of current electronics. Prices are very comparable or cheaper than other electronic stores. Different sales and promotions during the holidays. I was able to purchase a 50′ Smart TV for 299.00 and they even gave us a free Amazon Echo dot with TV purchase. Staff seems very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and concerns on products. Went on an early evening after work. Found ample amount of parking fronting the store. As we entered the large glass doors, we were greeted by a friendly voice and into a large two level warehouse like space. Store layout was well lit with various departments. Major appliances was located on the 2nd level where you would also find their clean restrooms. Had a great sales associate who assisted as we walked around showing us various models and proceeded to share some benefits Best Buy has to offer such as an OPEN BOX price which are models that may have small exterior flaws and marked down as low as 50%, MATCH PRICE meaning while shopping at other places you find a model with cheaper price BEST BUY will match that price providing they have the same model in stock, they provide FREE DELIVERY on a few models as early in a weeks time plus more… if you download their mobile app your able to take advantage of their SCAN, PAY AND GO program. The displays in each product area are inspiring. You can’t help but get sucked into looking at departments you weren’t originally seeking out. Which is actually really helpful. I’ve always been in and out of other Best Buy locations grabbing what I went for. This is the first time I ever started shopping around and noticed all the incredible stuff they carry that I was totally blind to in the past. The displays also give you awesome ideas for sleek installation. As a person who is constantly designing and redesigning homes, it totally helped with areas I never considered updating. The staff is helpful and super cool, as well as surprisingly knowledgeable in depth. The location is perfect for jumping on and off the highway. The parking is free and they have there own lot. I’m actually looking forward to going back and expanding on my home security system and they gave me some awesome ideas for pimping out my gaming room. I went into Best Buy hoping to find a washer and dryer in stock, we had just bought a new home and needed these asap! We were told from a Home Depot Employee that the washer,dryer set we wanted was going to take 2 months to special order, we just couldn’t wait that long! Home Depot Employee recommended we take a look at Best Buy and we were not disappointed. Not only did they have a washer and dryer we could buy , they had a set we could take home same day! The gentleman who helped us was amazing and knowledgeable, taller guy with glasses, I felt like he was looking out for our best interest. I was over the moon with our purchase of washer and dryer, we picked up later that day and the Best Buy team wrapped and loaded it onto our truck . We also meet 3 other gentleman who helped us the same day make another big purchase in the TV department, Miles, HI and Steve, go visit them they know what they are talking about. My original visit was for a tablet however I also ended up looking at laptop computers. The staff member I worked with was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.
