This Walmart is clean, well stocked, organized and offers a variety of healthy produce, high quality organic as well as a rich variety of ethnic foods you wouldn’t find at all locations. The checkout is quick because of a large number of self-checkout options. The only real upgrade this place needs is in the maintenance on some of the carts that can often be wonky so be sure to check your cart before you push into the store and have to keep fighting it to navigate properly. It’s a real asset for the neighborhood and all the college students that come to shop here

There is no customer greeter, which is unheard of for a Walmart. But in place of a greeter there is the ever present security team standing there and just staring as you first walk in. Weird. I am not sure whether they ever actually prevented a theft or not. They just stand there like they’re untrained. And then as you pass through the little gate to go shopping, the alarm will go off for no reason. Apparently this is routine and it is just ignored. The alarm going off for no reason is annoying. And use the restroom at home before going to this Walmart as their restroom is single use, for one person, and this is a major department store. So you will have to wait. Anyway it is too dirty to use.

I ordered my groceries online last night to be picked up the following day from 5-6pm for what I thought would make my day easier. I intended to pick up right after work. I get a email right at 5 stating my order was not ready right as I’m pulling into the shopping center. So I leave an await a email saying it’s ready. Then when I finally did get the email it was ready they were out of 4 items. I pull into my spot and I’m still sitting here 45 mins later. At this point I could have went in an got my own groceries. What a disappointment and don’t get me started on the curbside area parking its so jammed you can’t get in an out without maneuvering your car back-and-forth seven times just to get out the spot so you don’t hit the car behind you. Just an accident waiting to happen. I watched multiple cars have difficulties getting in and out.

I placed an order for two lamps for pick up at 11am. Based on the sticker on the box it said it was ready at 10:40. I received the notification and schedule a courier to pick it up. I got their first and last name so they can show ID and we can keep it moving. However when the driver arrived no one came outside. I canceled the driver and called the store. I was on hold for a while but it’s Walmart so whatever – they say already someone will be right out. I marked myself again in the app the driver pulled to pick up one and then no one showed up again. I called the store again and the person on the phone said I should come in for my CURBSIDE pick up or call this random cellphone number and see if someone will come out. IF?? The whole job is to come outside and drop stuff, it’s already shopped. You just put it in the car and move on, it’s all on a handheld. I asked to speak to the manager to which I heard someone say “ can you take this call” so I am pretty sure it wasn’t a manager but whatever it Walmart. So “Stephanie” – I used a better name when made up the manager. Well they said the same so I said OK big bet. So I called my own Uber, left work, I get there no Stephanie in sight. I ask for her and the manager on duty ‘Jasmine’ said someone would be right out after confirming there is no Stephanie here. It’s like the cameras aren’t just for theft so this story is easily seen through. After waiting again another 10 minutes I received my items. So a 5-10 minutes pick up at 11am went all the way to 1:01pm because Walmart doesn’t pay enough to motivate their workers. Obviously if the pay was right I would have had my order dropped off at my car faster than jimmy John’s. Pay your workers. But until then. Can I just have my stuff that I am forced to buy with my work money?

I go to this Walmart pretty regularly and it’s fine but some of the workers are horrible. Today, no one was around the changing room that I could find so I went into a stall, only for a worker to enter while I was changing in order to take some bras. She was incredibly rude and unapologetic about violating my privacy, and she then blamed me for slamming the door which I wasn’t even touching due to the fact that I was trying to cover myself up and she was the person who opened the door in the first place. It was extremely upsetting, especially given my PTSD as a survivor of abuse. When I finished trying on clothes and confronted her, she was once again incredibly rude and refused to apologize. JUST KNOCK.

An okay store. Being Walmart it must have a competitive, competent, and excellent business model. But this particular one is kind of rough.

I visited this Walmart because it was on my way home and I returned something and it was very fast, the lady in the customer service did let me know for next time to expedite the process I had to do something else. She was happy and helpful. I did look around and found other things, unfortunately they did not have Soy milk I wanted but everything else they did, fast checkout and must wear a mask for service. I parked right in front paid at the box. Convenient to come to this store.

I worked their very briefly years ago and it was terrible. I was offered a full time position and said schedule would be fair and flexible. My first week in I was told I would work 3pm till 12am five days a week. Mandatory 1 hour lunch break. I have a wife and daughter and with that schedule I would be unable to be a functional father/husband. Upper management said its either that or perhaps under 20 hours a week. These evil things know exactly what they are doing. BTW I quit and found a better opportunity within a week. What a sweat shop.

It is exactly what you think it is just smaller in the city. There is a surprisingly big selection though for the size of the space. I haven’t seen a super big organic section here but most of the fruits and veggies look fine and the prices are good.

I was so happy when I found out about the location of this Walmart. I have never had a problem with my online ordering till today. I placed an order online. My order came late and half my groceries were not bagged and I was missing an item. I called to submit a complaint and asked them why my groceries where not bagged and the lady didn’t want to deal with me she was very rude and passed the phone to another associate. He in turn was extremely rude! didn’t want to give me a refund on my missing items nor did her care about half my groceries not being in bags. I wont ever shop their again! I started shopping online because some of the employees are very rude. but after the way he treated me and spoke to me on the phone I wont ever go back to that location! If you don’t like your job you should quit sir! their are a ton of people that would do your job ten times better! you should be thankful you even have a job! You didn’t want to give me your name but I call corporate and gave a lengthy complaint about you!

Hello, I recently ordered something online thinking that all I had to do,just pick it up after the notice was sent right?wrong!first off if you order online and didn’t notice the item has to be a walmart product, which normal people wouldn’t know anyway!it has to be their product or you can’t pick it up!now after I was able to pickup this special item,I didn’t know that the item wasn’t in Walmart but a top secret location next to the store!and you have to call them? What!then they bring the item!Thank’s for that top secret mission!I’ll pass next time!

I’m updating my last two reviews of this Walmart Store. I was so impressed by the employees and the cleanliness of this store that I must upgrade my review of it. This Walmart worked hard to improve, and it really shows.
    It’s now 11/20/22.
We are heading into the biggest spending time of the year. We need to be wise where we spend what money we have. We must get the best deals we can. To me, I want great prices, but I don’t want to sacrifice good customer service for it. I want help when I get inside the stores. YES, I’m going into the stores this year!

WOW, what an incredible turn around this store has taken since I reviewed it 2 years ago. It’s a huge turnaround since I was in it about 6 months ago. My visit then there were no shopping carts in the store, a staff member told me to go to the parking lot to get one. Get ready, folks.

Ten days ago I went back to this Walmart with a shopping list of things that I needed. My list had 8 items. The total cost should be about $70. I got there early evening. The very first thing I noticed was that they improved the markings on the parking lot. Handicap people know where to park more easily now. Regular lanes are clearly marked.
Next, the lot was extremely well kept. The karts weren’t all over the place. I went in the store, and there was a neat row of the electric Handicap carts plugged in and ready to use. Standard carts were neatly placed in rows in their proper location. 👌 , wow, what a change I told myself. I was impressed, really, I wasn’t even in the store yet.

Again, the Christmas season is upon us, so there are far more items in the store than normally. I knew right away that I was going to have a hard time finding the things on my list.
I have no problem asking for help.

I asked 5 employees where different items were. One man, four women. Every single one of them stopped what they were doing (get ready) and walked me to where the item was. Yes, they did.
I guess I should say this because you’re thinking, what’s wrong with her that they would do that? Nothing! I’m a regular everyday person, and no, they don’t know I’m a Google contributor. I’m just a person. These were very nice employees, one after another. Not only that, but everyone of them knew the location of what I was looking for. Well trained, polite Christmas time employees in a neat, clean, well stocked Walmart. Incredible. All of that would have been enough for me to upgrade the stores review. It would have been what I didn’t know was soon I would meet an incredible young lady,
I looked over my cart to make sure I had everything. I realized I needed things not on the list. I started looking for things again. I saw a huge pile of stock in the aisle ahead. I needed help again. I looked and saw Tami, a young Walmart employee stocking shelves. The stock was in my way. Tami reached over and got me what i needed. She said, “Isn’t this cute as she picked up an item she was putting in the display. For the next 30 , least ,Tami did something I didn’t think was possible at all.
Tami UPSOLD ME , on every Christmas item on her palet. I didn’t catch on at first, but when I did, I was impressed. Truly impressed. At some point, her manager walked up he was wondering what was going on. I told him what a wonderful employee Tami was, and she is.

This is to my embarrassment, I took his name and Tami’s. Put them in my phone and lost them. I apologize to that, man. Tami, I pray is her name!
To the Walmart owner and/ or to Google, I say find Tami, and put her through college. That young lady is meant for great things in this world. That manager is wonderful, he is decent and kind, he treats your employees great, but your Customers Better!

People, this is the Walmart to shop at this Friday and every day all year.

I like this Walmart . It is either packed or empty shelves. Walmart is affordable and convinient than most places. Sometimes long lines. Luckily, 2 self checkout sections. This one is not disorganized. You can find everything from home decor, clothes, shoes, garden stuff, produce/food, outdoors stuff cosmetics, cosmetics, bicycles, toys, etc. You want it, they most likely have it. Check out their clearance racks and shelves. I recommend checking them out

I came in contact with one employee my whole shopping trip and it was a horrible experience.
I paid for my items at the new self check out, had an employee standing by me the whole time, rang up my items and went to leave.
I had a lady by the exit doors, she goes by Miss Honey and not her real name apparently because I called to get her name, ask me for my receipt. I handed it over and she said I don’t see these.. referring to my cases of pop. I didn’t say anything at first because clearly they are on the receipt.
I said “Really” after she kept examining it for awhile when it was on there clear as day. She snapped back “What do you mean really?”
If you’re going to have an employee check receipts then it should be a competent one. Someone that has been trained on how to read a receipt and know what they are actually looking for. My receipt has CHERRY COKE listed just like that TWICE on my small receipt of maybe 20 times.
She has a horrible attitude and harassed me for literally no reason.
Adding a picture of my receipt to should just how incompetent she is or just to further prove my point that she was way out of line for no reason. Hate coming to this neighborhood Walmart, take the drive to a different one.

Signs all point different directions. Multiple layers of signs. Took over an hour and 5 people to pick up 1 item.

Whenever I go inside a Walmart, I always find what I am looking for . My GrandSon was looking for a basketball rim that you play with outside on wheels. I knew exactly what I wanted and went directly to the frozen pizza isle, to get the Best Frozen Pizza Ever Home Run Inn, then went looking for Checker French Fries. They don’t have the basketball Hoop my grandchild wanted. But I was happy just the same.

Purposely despise coming in to the store as it is usually unorganized and dirty, no one knows where anything ing is and if you can’t find it no one will. So I rather order online. I had previous order about 5 months ago for Drive up pick up, ‘Ive had previous terrible experiences in this location and had to leave as I sat in my car at this location for about an hour and a half and none of my purchase ever made it to me.
Today I decided to give it another shot and not to my surprise I sat in the car for over an hour and decided to leave (several attempts and calls where made with no answer)… while I waited 3 delivery people came out and delivered orders for pick up in that time frame, no one ever even asked me if I was taken care of or bothered to notice my car waiting there for so long, I cancelled my order yet again and only to get notifications from the Walmart app that some stuff can’t be cancelled because “they were already pulled” I need a refund for my full wasted money and wasted time at that! The phone numbers are posted with the full intention of hearing the phone ring… No one will ever pick up…. Never ever will I be a customer to this horrible customer satisfaction location or Walmart at that!

My husband went to pick up some stuff and waited more then 30 min for his stuff and that’s only because he had to ask somebody for his stuff. I even called the number and no answer. And he kept seeing other cars come and go before him…smh

I was amazed how big and neat the store was, and the employees are very helpful and pleasant. One young lady was extremely helpful in helping us find a battery for our car, I never experience such good customer service at a Walmart before. From now on, that’s my Walmart!

Surveillance here is out of control. Cameras on me at all times, and they’ve locked up so many things. I don’t feel comfortable with them recording me when I checkout and I will not be shopping here if I can avoid it. Petes doesn’t do these things and it’s across the street.

This isn’t the biggest Walmart, or the closest to us, but it’s our favorite because the grocery store has such variety! There’s lots of different artisan breads in the bakery like garlic bread and everything-bagel seasoning on croissants. The seasoning aisle has some really great options, and the produce is all fresh and delish!

This is such a horrible store they changed things around making it very hard to find what we’re looking for. They changed all the checkout lines to self checkout lines which they don’t have organized. The bathrooms are dirty. If I were you I wouldn’t come here.

Customer service is ridiculously incompetent. I’ve called several times to get information on their water dispenser and I was put on hold every time. I was calling because their water dispenser is not working most of the time. I don’t want to make a trip their just to find out it isn’t working. Very disappointed. 🤬
