Store employee named Marion- give that employee a raise! We were preparing fruit gift baskets and needed cellophane large bags take them look professional. She continued to look for them after we had all given up. She found us in the store after 10 minutes with the last two bags! That meant we were able to do all of our shopping there without rubbing to a craft store!! Thank her for us!. We so appreciated her efforts♡ we got the baskets/fruit/ ribbon and cellophane wrap all at Walmart!!

The brick walkway outside the front doors are so beautiful. It enhances this location like non other.

You can find the normal items and areas as the other Walmart locations. Such as the deli, pharmacy etc.

Also North Carolina team clothing are available.

First time in this particular store I handle their assembly needs..,,, everything from bicycles,go carts, grills. Patio furniture if it’s sold there chances are I’m the one putting it together… management are very accommodating.also generally appreciative…..

Outside this Wal-mart one would not think this is the same store. The blue logo is the only reason I knew it was Wal-Mart. I walked to the store and came from the side and saw all brick with no blue until I saw the logo.

Quite busy as this seems to be the only grocery store close by.

Needs more employees as the aisles were dirty and cluttered with packing boxes and items on the floor. Shelves were in disarray. Employees are not helpful or friendly. I had a question and this employee ignored me and stayed on his personal phone.

Checkout area had maybe 4 open lanes with actual cashiers. Otherwise on opposite ends, you have the self checkout where the lines were very long on both.

    My First Review in USA.
Though most of people know Walmart is single stop for all the items. I am agree with same. First experience always best.
    Nice customer support experience.

Pickup service at this location is a nightmare. 10 minutes after pressing I have arrived, my order was marked as complete. After 20 minutes, no one had brought my order. Called their store number, and waited 10 minutes. No one ever answered. Ended up leaving. If you have this problem, contact support through Walmart website and say store is unresponsive. My order was completely refunded.

This is the worst Walmart to go to for grocery pickup. Every time I shop I either get dented cans, wrong items, or defective items. The last 3 times I have placed and order online for pickup their systems have been down and orders have been delayed. This time I asked to speak to a store manager ended up getting the assistant manager and I simply told her I was not mad at the fact that the orders were delayed ( being that I keep putting my trust in them to fulfill my orders) but the fact that no one was updating any of the customers about what was going on. I worked for a grocery store before and if any of our orders were delayed we would call or text to let the customers know. I can also understand their system being shut down they probably were not able to do that but how about sending an employee out to the parking lot where customers have been waiting for 30 minutes- 1 hour to update them on what is going on rather than letting everyone sitting waiting clueless. And I told all of this to the assistant store manager and all she had to say was “I haven’t been here in 2 days I just walked into all of this mess”. Okay so do something about it then take the initiative and give your customers a better experience whether you were here or not.

The worst experience ever. I ordered a pick up online. And waited for whole hour to get this. And I am STILL WAITING looking how others get their orders. And if you ever have a problem like me then don’t even bother calling them because there is no one picking up the phone and their voice mail is full
UPDATE: had to leave after 1,5 hours of waiting. Support could not help too. They just canceled my order instead of helping.

Great customer service , employees friendly and very interested in help with any requests. We forgot the keyboard in ones of the check my self machine and when I comeback the personal of customer service they got ready for us . Thank you very much for your kindness and services… is no usually that this happen in other places. Keeping the courtesy and disposition for help! I’m very proud about yours!

Service Workers: Do NOT accept orders from this place if your company doesn’t provide auto-gratuity. I received a 2.2% tip on a $200+ order after spending nearly an hour of my time on it (hourly wage before tips is 4.50). It may seem enticing to take the large order but you’ll just end up high and dry so don’t waste your time and effort.

Walmart has to do better as far as pickup goes. If you are going to offer pickup times, you should also make sure you have the staff to make those times possible. I’ve been waiting on my pickup order for about 40 minutes and all the pickup spots are full of people who have also been sitting here as long as me, if not longer. By this time, my groceries from my other stores have been in my hot car for almost an hour. Such a waste.

What can I say, it’s Walmart.
The staff are not very customer oriented/friendly. The grocery shelves are not well stocked and items are in disarray. The produce isn’t the best so I never buy it. However, their meat is really good.
I’m sure a lot of their problems are lazy customers who leave the shelves a mess. I only go there when I absolutely have to. Prices are good for the items I purchase.

You will sit and have to wait for 20-30 minutes just to pick up an item…that’s with you being the only car with a pick up in th parking lot.

Probably better for ff just ordering off Amazon and letting them bring it to your door.

Any convenience is lost trying to get someone, anyone…to help you. These companies shouldn’t be rewarded with business when they treat their customers like this.

Oh my God I had always heard that the restaurants in Sam’s club and Walmart supercenters were amazing. this is my first time eating at one and I have to say that the buzz was all true.
We we had some of the most amazing Pizza I’ve ever eaten from a quick serve restaurant and two huge slices of milkshake two drinks and some hot dogs which were kind of terrible was less than $9 I about fell out
So I would say if you need to do some in bulk shopping and want to grab a quick bite for lunch or dinner definitely combine the two at a Sam’s or Walmart supercenter

Visited around 7pm on 08/13. Lots of price tags missing in the food area, refrigerated food items mixed up all over the place, and many employees looking pretty stressed out. I also saw an employee having an extended, loud argument with a customer in the dairy product area. Not sure what was going on today but it wasn’t typical of this location.
They’ve also been having a bunch of wine on clearance but if you pay attention at all to wine prices, this wine was originally marked way too high. To the point that even when discounted, it’s still more expensive than other local stores.

This has been my nearest Walmart the 5 years I’ve been living in Raleigh and near a Super target. It’s not too big of a loss that the McDonald’s inside closed during Covid. Their food was greasier than any McDonald’s I’d ever been too, and communication could be difficult at times. I’m also happy that I switched all of my prescriptions from their pharmacy to a different chain pharmacy down the street. At the pharmacy, lines were lengthy, employment were rude, and at times it was inconvenient to receive notifications that prescriptions were ready only to find out differently after parking and entering the store. It’s a solid Walmart with all the regular needs. Sometimes it can be hard to order cakes online or get someone to come to the bakery, but their cakes are great for a good price. Bakery staff are typically friendly when they are available.

This Walmart is significantly better than the one in Wake Forest. It’s well stocked and nicely maintained, and the pickup works much better. I feel like they have more choices and the layout, while drastically different, seems more functional. It’s about the same drive from south Wake Forest so we go here when we can.

I think we know by now that customer service doesn’t exist in Walmart, and the employees are blatant about their preferences to not be there. I’d like to know why there are 30 check-out lanes, but never more than two SELF-CHECK-OUT lanes open at any given time. Why do I have to find the groceries BY MYSELF, answer my own questions, stock the shelves myself, then check everything out myself? 🙄
