    I had to look for someone to help me, then had to wait for the three employees to finish their leisurely conversation before I was helped. After I got home with my $1200 gaming pc, I found that the pc hadn’t been factory reset (yes it was an open box ) and the keyboard was missing some of the keys! The description said minor scratches was the only issue but it wasn’t just that. It would have been ok if the pc wasn’t totally locked out. It was quite a headache trying to get the thing to work. I don’t normally complain about stuff, but come on guys! This is bestbuy..

    Amazing! I went in to see what to do with my phone situation. I had a cracked screen but I kind of wanted a new one. They answered all my questions and spent a lot of time explaining all my options. Seriously would put a 10 star if I could. Geek squad and the phone sales people are both amazing.

    Best buy with a “WORSE BUY” service.

    I bought an item I needed urgently. It was not in the store, so they ordered it, and I paid for express. However, it was two days delayed, and when I asked why, the Farmington’s store assistant manager told me to go sort that out with UPS mean, while I had no contract with UPS. UPS is a third party; I do not know. I paid you “Best buy” to deliver my item, and you contracted UPS to fulfill that obligation. The day my item didn’t arrive, I had to be transferred through so many customer service personnel before j was finally told the thing was delayed.

    This place has a logistics and customer service problem. The service was good on site. The support staff were polite. We purchased an item with the delivery option, but their delivery staff botched the delivery. When we called to remedy the problem, their customer service gave every excuse in the books. We had to contact our credit card company to get our full refund. If youbplan on purchasing something from here, pick it up yourself. The company should reevaluate their logistics department and do a better job in their delivery and customer service. Disappointing.

    Best Buy came in clutch this time. I needed a couple of last minute things for Christmas. I ordered them on the app, found a location that had them in stock, and then picked them up the same day within a few hours.
    I got a Klipsch center speaker for my sound system, a new computer for my daughter, and a couple of charging cords that were out of stock everywhere else.

    Great store but the underground parking was weird without good directions. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Picked up a TV that was out of stock everywhere else in the SL area.

    I went there to see how much were the prices of dishwasher and they had quite a few of models and options available. I also wanted to ask a question since I have total care or total tech that is something that Best buy offers for 200 bucks. I purchased it last year and it had helped me several times when my either phone which was pixel 7 pro was not working so I took it back to Best buy and without asking any question they just replaced the phone with the new one. So I wanted to ask, if I purchase home appliances and stuff will those be covered under total tech warranty? And the customer service rep inside the best buy store was very helpful and told me that of course, whatever I buy from Best buy is covered by that total tech protection that they offer and it comes with the free installation of home appliances. I did not know that.

    I placed an order through the app, which was quick and easy. After being notified via a sms, I went to the store to pick up my items. I parked in a curbside pickup stall and notified the store I was at the store. I received their standard message stating that it might take up to 10 minutes to be out with my items. I patiently waited, 2 other vehicles arrived shortly after me and had their orders brought right out.

    After 18 minutes passed I went into the store to investigate the delay. I was directed to the order pickup area where I was promptly greeted. I explained that I had been waiting for my order, and he replied, oh, that’s the Brandon order.
    Their were 2 associates, who appeared not to be engaged in any other tasks, so they found my items on their shelves, scanned them and sent me on me way. Who knows how long I would have been left sitting in my car had I not gone into the store.

    Time and time again I’ve come into this store after 5pm, and the store is short staffed, and out of what I’m looking for. The fun part is on 3 different occasions I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to talk to a human just to find out they didn’t have the item I was looking for. It’s not the fault of the people on the floor but it is INFURIATINGLY consistently like this. Matt in the photo section is the only saving grace. This location is mere minutes from my home which is why I’ve frequented it so much the past two years but I’m done. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to the next closest Best Buy.

    Geek Squads won’t hold equipment and don’t honor scheduled appointments.

    They failed to see us 2x when we scheduled an appointment to replace an iphone battery. We even had another best buy store call this one and coordinate the battery replacement appointment and verify that they had the necessary equipment. And… They used our battery on another customer saying they “couldn’t hold products owned by Apple unless they ordered in parts when they were out of stock”.

    Ivan, a “manager” was very passive aggressive and should NOT be in management. Due to his short patience and short temper, I can’t see him troubleshooting patiently and successfully… But even if he is, he should not be customer facing until he’s had extensive social training. Kaleb was a much better manager… Able to explain, offer alternatives, and stay calm in frustrating situations.

    Since I became handicapped I can never go inside. They have a manual wheelchair that if you are alone it’s not helpful. I don’t have an electronic wheelchair since I cannot afford one. This is just another reminder of the least a corporation will do towards helping handicapped customers. I don’t feel seen nor welcome here.
    I was only here because I drove a family member and had to stay in the car in 100 degree heat.
    No benches inside to sit on, no wheelchairs that can accommodate bigger people and no electronic wheelchairs.
    Another reminder about how ablest our society is and how unwelcome I am at most places.

    So freaking awesome!!! We came in wanting to apply for the Best Buy card so we can do some furnishing for our new apartment. Eric helped us immediately, gave us so much information and really went into detail about all the little things. He helped us place an order with ease. Unfortunately our order was immediately cancelled and no one really knew why, so Peter stepped in and helped us with that. Over night our order was cancelled again for no reason. Peter was there and helped us again, then Brandon helped us place a new order so we can take it home today with us. Everything went smoothly, everyone was extremely helpful and calm with our situation. I appreciate the help, thank you so so much!!

    Not bad. The guy at the security desk was very very helpful. That improved my overall experience, but they did not have the device I needed. Of course, they had the next model up with the additional 300$ price tag. Had plenty of them in stock, but not any of the popular devices. That, at the very least, is quite irritating. They can order it for you! Well, why didn’t you order them for the store?? Have the high demand devices and don’t give the customers an ultimatum. I didn’t come in for the exorbitant model. Your excuse was “hey its new, and quite popular”. So why can’t you meet demand? That isn’t a complicated process. This is a sales tactic and nothing more. I can order my own device online. I came in to the store for the experience. You have deprived me of that. Not a good customer service driven outlet.

    THIS REVIEW IS DIRECTED MORE TOWARDS GEEK SQUAD!
    Ok so this is a long one but I’ll try to give the short and skinny. I purchased a washer and dryer in store at the Murray location and set up an appointment for delivery and installation, the individuals that assisted me in store were amazing and did a great job. (Thank you!) The day of the delivery I received a call from both the delivery crew and geek squad confirming my appointment window, the third party delivery crew arrived at my home and were careful with my appliances and got them where I needed them successfully, they then mentioned they did not have the installation kit ( hoses, dryer duct connection, drainage hose, power cable, etc) that I paid for in store with my appliances, he informs me I’ll have to call the Murray store and speak to a manger about the kit, I then notice the smell of alcohol coming off of one of the delivery crew but am not sure who. Great, whatever, I’m more upset about the kit. So I call geek squad back and Louie reassured me he has me covered! Louie, Greg and Rob from geek squad show up and save the whole day! Luckily they have spare parts and get to work, the only thing they didn’t have was a drainage hose, Louie then takes time to go to the local hardware store and purchases one to finish my installation! They even managed to fix a problem with my hot water connection that I’ve had for years! After getting everything installed they test both my appliances and Greg made sure I was informed about the factory coating on the dryer and to run the dryer empty for a while to get it to burn off so it didn’t stain or ruin my clothes! Rob made sure there were no leaks and was extremely focused on making sure my appliances were set up right! At the end of the day Louie, Greg and Rob saved this store a customer! Thank you so much guys! My washer and dryer work fabulously and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know!

    I needed to get a mini fridge on my lunch. It said to allow an hour, when I researched it. I went to the store, paid quickly, let them know my husband would come get it. They put his name on it, and I texted him a copy of the receipt. He got it quickly and easily. Such a smooth transaction. Thanks for making it easy, and giving so much information online to have the correct expectations.

    Great selection of everything electronics. Quality merchandise. Fun little toy section for kids. Always had a good experience with the employees. I’ve done buy on line and pick up in store a couple times and never had any issues. We had to use them once to fix an iphone as well and they were great. We enjoy our shopping visit every time we come.

    Great showroom to check out items ranging from cell phones to fridges and stoves. Wide variety to check out many on display that can actually be held touched and interacted with. I don’t like buying a keyboard or mouse without actually touching it as their products that are going to sit in my hand all day. It is nice also being able to see what the new tech that’s coming out is like as it can be overwhelming to try to keep up with. Otherwise My biggest critique and only real critique is that their staff is completely inept you need to help yourself because they will not help you

    Last year on Black Friday, I spent over 9 hours in the store. Hadn’t been there in a while. And they have these digital price tags. I SWEAR the price tags kept changing, sometimes I felt like they were changing depending on who was in the isle. It was haunting. Anyone else experience something like this? It was giving me so much anxiety I ended up breaking my phone just by squeezing it so hard. Another weird thing. I ran into about 5 of my friends I haven’t seen in a while, all of them in the computer accessories isle, saying they were looking for a good deal on a gaming monitor but couldn’t find one.

    I wonder what this year’s Black Friday will be like.

    Consistently way too long getting service through the Customer Service desk. Checking out? They’ll have 5 cashiers ready to help you. Trying to return or do something through the Customer Service desk? Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for one person to work through a line of 8 people.
