We purchased a new TV, had to return, due to our preferences of the colors being too dark. They were so nice did not give us a hard time about it, very helpful, we looked for a different specific other tv they didn’t have in, they quickly checked out all other locations for us. When the fridge arrived it was missing the panels that go on the doors (they come in different colors that you pick in store). The delivery people told us they were coming. Called Best Buy & they told us they did not have panels coming & says our receipt doesn’t show we ordered them. Who in their right mind orders a 3 thousand dollar fridge without the front panels? We told them we literally chose the panels in store. Upon further looking at our receipt Best Buy said the SKU number is not in their system so they have no idea what went wrong. The customer rep was super nice & is sending us the panels for free.However this review is for the store itself.
Also the appointment we booked for fridge delivery somehow got erased from their system almost like they never booked it in the store……………..

Pretty disappointed in best buy this is why I rarely shop here anymore. First off, bought my phone from them an a screen protector that has life time replacement, which they are pretty reasonable about replacing them. Never had a problem with getting it put on. Today they tried to charge me $8 to put the screen protector on. Not to sound petty but really I spent over $1000 on my phone an signed up with you an your gonna charge me.. The phone ended up not working correctly but by the time I realized it I was BARELY outside of the 14 day return policy. So I called customer support and explained the situation. They looked at the warranty information and told me that I would still be able to return the phone without issues. They informed me that I would need to take it to the store to return it. So I did. Once I’m at the store, I’m told there’s nothing they can do because of the 14 day policy. I’m told there is NO manager on any level that can help me. Being told one thing by customer service and another by an in store employee is not only unacceptable but a terrible business practice on Best Buys account. If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s a shame that they won’t back their products after spending 1200.00 and even purchasing the warranty. I went in looking for a new power supply for my PC. The specific one I was looking for was out of stock. An associate saw me looking around and a little befuddled, trying to find the correct area. Great prices and very easy layout of store. The reason I took off a star is because I placed an online order for curbside pickup during a blizzard. I didn’t want to get out of my car… And I guess the staff did not want to come out into the parking lot because my order was canceled after about 1 hour. This is probably one of the coolest BB I have been to. It’s a mall anchor with this huge glass pyramid dome giving way to a ton of natural light. Place is very clean and organized. Friendly staff who are there to help and don’t pester you. Nice product displays. Very cool home audio demo rooms. Overall very impressive. I called Geek Squad twice after my appointment time had expired and still couldn’t get an answer as to why no one came to my house so I went to the store and Mike listened to my concerns and frustrations and immediately reached out to multiple people to see how this issue could be addressed ASAP.

I wanted to ask a simple question about a hardwire to a dash camera they transferred me five different times every single time they hung up on me. I had to call them back. Waisted the whole day off. I hate to say but I’m not satisfied with the quality. My biggest complaint is that I hooked it up outside of the 14 day return window because of other activities related to moving into a new house and my wife having surgery. The tv was bought on September 22 and I didn’t hook it up until October 12, 20 days after I bought it. I called to inquire about a refund and was flat out told sorry but it can’t be returned because it’s out of the 14 day window. As a result, there’s no way that I will ever step foot inside of a Best Buy store again. Nor, will I buy from them online. Beware of Brad!!!
