    I live directly behind the store. When I buy something, I ask for assistance to my car. Well, since I live behind the store I ask them for help. 2nd time they delivered to my apartment home. 3rd floor. They understood the issues and are amazing. I mostly or always take their advice on items I buy.

    Best General Manager and crew. Thanks for bringing up the massive tv and platform. Y’all, my best experience ever. Amazon drops things off like they are robbing the place. Best Buy, gets the humor and always delivered. Then checks in on me. What massive company does this?

    I wouldn’t request a tv to be hung. Just simple moving and helping.

    TL;DR – MASS IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE EVER

    After encountering a myriad of untrained and uneducated employees at other Best Buy locations, I decided to give this place a shot and I am very grateful that I did.

    I’ve been to nearly ALL Best Buy locations near the Denver area and this location is by far the best. And what makes this Best Buy special is the fact that they have Mass (forgot his full name) at this location.

    The majority of BB employees that I have encountered are ignorant, stubborn, and refusing to learn or even hear about information that they may not be aware of.
    However, Mass was not only very polite but also
    keenly enthusiastic and open-minded to hear about the ongoing cellphone promotion that I wanted to redeem (it’s not very straightforward and needs things to align to make it work).
    He went over the process very carefully step by step, made sure things are as they should be, and successfully closed the transaction.

    I can’t compliment him enough and wish him the very best. I’d also like to thank Jared, the Geek Squad manager, for directing me to Mass.

    Mass is the kind of employee that EVERY Best Buy should have.

    My sales representative Josh was extremely nice polite helpful warming welcoming and inviting. Awesome customer service. He answered all my questions old and new. I do all my electric shopping at Best Buy. ( phones and computers) He even walked around the store showed me other products I was inquiring about and explained the usage. I really like the Best Buy in Parker. Best customer service experience I have had yet in Colorado.

    Just dealt with Jacob and he did everything to get every deal he could. I know two of the managers there that have treated me well multiple times. I spend thousands and thousands here a year I love Best buy and this is by far the best Best buy out here all knowledgeable staff and care about their job. Appreciate all you guys

    Extremely Bad Service. The part timer teenagers do better job than the store Manager. I had few questions regarding a product and asked for Manager. After a good wait, this Guy who calls himself as a store Manager Sam Oh shows up with an attitude as if he is doing a favor by selling a stuff. This guy definitely needs a refresher course in listening skills and customer service. Very rude and impatient. I suggest going to Park Meadows location as the staff is more pro active and attentive!

    If there was ever a store to tell you something is wrong with the economy, this particular Best Buy would be used as an example. The store was barren of any help outside the front end, and the few that were further deep were taking down displays and could not be bothered.

    And the inventory they had was… Just as short stocked. With even movies being reduced to one small little shelf run. And parts of the gaming center are just flat out empty. Outside Switch, most PS5 and Xbox was just not kept clean or stocked.

    Thankfully, aforementioned front end crew helped me after my little adventure into a tech wasteland. And tracked down their remaining copies of Persona 5 Royal for Nintendo Switch. A newly released game with no indication it exists on the sales floor.

    I cannot explain how wonderful my experience was today. First, we had an apple representative talk to us for over an hour explaining apple products and giving advice for things I didn’t even know I needed to know. Then, we tried purchasing a product labeled $30 but rung up as $75. It was in the wrong spot. Without asking for a manager, a manager came to assist us and sold this product for $40 because of the inconvenience. 10/10 WOULD recommend!

    Very helpful staff. One of the items I needed was not available but they arranged quickly for a pickup at another store nearby. That’s a handy service.

    They have a huge assortment of cables and adapters, that’s impressive!

    And all their stores have clearly marked sections by brand.

    Open box items are a great bargain!

    Best buy’s always a good experience, my phone died and I went in there to see if the geek squad could get the date off of it to put onto a new phone that I had bought off of an online app. Even though I couldn’t get the phone turned on they were totally able to get all the data off and on to my new phone it was like I had my old phone but in all new setting. They’re always very nice, polite, professional, and they always know what they’re doing and have a very good way of explaining it to layman’s like myself. I would highly recommend Best Buy for any kind of technical purchases or repairs, or any kind of knowledge you need to know about electronics computers and the like. Five stars Best Buy thanks for being so wonderful I appreciate it very much. Thank you have a great day.

    Was a fan of this Best Buy. They usually price match items from Amazon as long as they are sold and shipped by Amazon. Today I went to buy a gaming headset that was on sale on Amazon for $29.99 originally $79.99. Best Buy would not price match because the sale price was “more than half off” so “they couldn’t profit enough to make the match” so I bought it on Amazon as the manager was telling me I couldn’t get the headset at price match price. Now the headset will be at my house in 2 days. And this is exactly why Amazon is killing the in store purchases and all physical stores. So if Best Buy wants to deny a sale. Then they definitely won’t “profit” when I walk out the door without their product in my hands. Good luck in the future.

    Won’t exchange a tv under the manufacturers warranty because I purchased on Amazon. Wasted my entire Saturday with them sending geek squad to my house guy said should be able to exchange for the same one no problem. Best Buy wouldn’t exchange my tv. Now I have a tv that’s less than six months old that doesn’t work. Terrible experience and a total waste of my time.

And Grant they went above and beyond to fix our iPad problem that we just picked up there. They helped us out with AppleCare and took great care of us I recommend them A+++

    I usually like to write glowing reviews of great places and services. Best Buy has been nothing but a disappointment. I had to all but beg the disinterested sales staff to sell me a computer. I made an appointment for a data transfer and another to pick up my new computer. They said they would call if there was a delay. That didn’t happen. I am still waiting for a computer which has delayed personal business and will result in financial penalties. I would recommend that no one ever shop at any Best Buy ever.

    Unfortunately they didn’t have the copy 9f windows that the empty box on the shelf advertised and I had to go elsewhere. It took around 10 minutes of waiting at the front desk for the clerk to find out that they didn’t have what I was looking for. That said, they put in the effort to look and were courteous and patient. Sucks about not having what was advertised. 4/5 for effort and thorough looking. Please stock Logitech g900 and g905 mice for those of us who don’t want to compromise.

    Recently, I went to the Colorado Boulevard Store (Store 211) planning on making a purchase for work as well as gifts. One of the employees, Megan (or Morgan) was completely disrespectful and showed no customer service or interpersonal skills whatsoever. I asked for her name and the manager’s name and she said she was the manager and would not repeat her name. Megan (or Morgan) talked to me in a condescending manner and cut me off whenever I was trying to talk. She continued to point me to the line and state “if you need anything, go over there”. I told her I understood that the store was under remodel, but she should speak with her customers more appropriately because she spoke with two other customers (before me) in the same manner and turned them away. Frowning, she rolled her eyes and continued by saying “Oh well. If you need anything, go over there. Have a good day.”

    I understand everyone has bad days. However, as a manager, you have to control your emotions and communicate with employees AND customers in a respectful manner. Her attitude and actions reflect poorly on the store and Best Buy as a company. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere.

    It was a little disappointing going to this Best Buy. It was hard to find what I needed, and getting help was difficult. There was no way to tell who was an employee and not. I asked some random guy if he knew about the product I was looking for. Turns out he worked there. No name tag or best buy blue shirt. How are you supposed to know who to ask questions?
    Then you have the whole store layout issue. They had keyboards in two different places, same goes for mice, and external hard drives. And try to find a cable, good luck.
    Checking out was no fun either. The only person in a blue shirt was the cashier, which there was only one, who really needed help. There were six people in line and it didn’t get smaller while I was there, and no one stepped in to help.
    What happened to Best Buy? I used to like the company and get my questions answered. Now it feels like I’m a nuisance. Two Best Buys in two weeks. Two bad experiences in two weeks.
    Time to shop Amazon.

    Bianca is so kind and knows her job very well it seems like. Spent about $300 and she was patient when she explained how the Best Buy credit card worked! I honestly say it the best customer service I have experienced. Highly recommend speaking to Bianca about any questions you have.

    The gentleman installer doing the work was very nice. He did a great job. The young man who sold me the product advised me of the short comings of the product I wanted to purchase. He told me of the product he uses in his car. I have had no issues and everything is working great. Thanks Best Buy

    Do not call the listed number if are hoping to speak to a human at the actual store for questions. Calls are transferred to an overseas call center that immediately ask for full name and phone number. You will spend less time actually going and talking to them in person. Best buy, you can’t help me with issues on a recently purchased TV from India.

    My wife and I recently bought new phones on the Best Buy website for pickup here and upon arrival, realized that there were errors in how the website processed our trade-ins and entire orders. Nathan S. at the mobile counter not only helped us out with the issues, he went absolutely above and beyond in getting us our phones (which included swapping my delayed phone order for one they had in stock) and even searching for extra discounts/coupons on the phones. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before at a Best Buy and Nathan deserves full credit for being phenomenal at his job. We would definitely go back to him for any future phone purchases from this Best Buy and if you’re looking to buy a phone- definitely ask for Nathan S.!

    Very bad customer support both samsung representative and Best Buy employees. They had a low price tag. Asked if this was low because of black Friday deal and wanted it for same price. Asked a samsung representative he asked me to call best buy employee and did not comply with me when i asked for help. When i was asking Best Buy employee he said he need a manager. Manager also not complying with me and was not even allowing to take a picture of that and was rude to me and was calling Security for their mistake.

    I’ve had 2 occasions to use Best Buy recently. Both were because the dedicated Verizon store offers horrible service. But both visits to the Verizon store inside of Best Buy proved to be a delight. I actually enjoyed both visits. The reps took over and programmed the transfers to new phones and had a wonderful time with both reps. I wish I could remember the young men’s names but they are lost. Never conduct Verizon business with Verizon again! You need to use Best Buy!!

    Store employee was very helpful.
    However, was totally disappointed that my best buy credit card was not active due to non use. It would have been nice to tell consumer that if you don’t use the card for a year it would be shut down.
    The other negative is that charging over 400$ to retrieve information from a external hard drive that they knew was a bad drive or a bad investment. I have not received the hard drive back. Why not just fix it!

    I came here yesterday for a computer monitor. I had to wait for the young lady working the area to finish with a couple but it was worth the wait. She helped me find a monitor that would fill my needs by convincing me to buy a brand that I despise because of her recommendations regarding. I couldn’t be happier and only regret not looking at her name tag since I thought her name might be on the receipt since she checked me out to ensure she gets her props due to her excellent service as she is an asset to this location.

    Hours posed on Google match the store hours posted on the Best Buy website, and when you call, the automated device reports the same hours. They are not open on the same schedule reported everywhere. It is very difficult to get through the computer phone menu to actually talk to a person to confirm when they actually open. Easier to just order same day delivery on Amazon and less wasted time driving there.
