Second time I’ve bought here. 1st time was a Samsung Galaxy 10 smart phone about 2 yrs ago. This time a 43″ smart TV. Store is clean, staff well-groomed and helpful. Associate went out of his way to find the TV I wanted which was not easy since it was the last one in stock of that model and out of the way in warehouse. I’ll continue to use this store when buying appliances and tech equipment of the type they stock. After making a decision, which was roughly about 30 minutes later, we had to search the store to find an employee to assist us. Over 30 minutes had went by and no one had even acknowledged that we were there. Just purchased a set of headphones from this store and wanted to leave a review about my experience. Steven is the one that helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable individual to answer specific questions about different headphones and on ear vs ear bud and which ones had bigger drivers and would be louder. So on and so forth. Walked out with a pair of headphones that exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I was there about 5 minutes before they opened. The store opened right on time. I walked in and the gentleman at the door asked if he could help me find something. He took mt over to where the cables I need are at, and then walked me right to another employee who checked me out. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. It was a truly easy and happy experience. I highly suggest you give this location a try. I thought of getting the cables I need via Amazon, but figured I would try Best Buy to see if they had it in stock, so I wouldn’t have to wait. The call directory is the worst I’ve ever had to witness. The store’s number says that it’s creating high call volume and to call back later, I live 4 minutes from there and I drove to see if it was packed. Walked in and there wasn’t a single person on the phone and the store wasn’t even packed at all with the covid stuff happening. And when I asked to see a manager I was very rudely spoken to. As a 18 year old I might not get taken seriously, but I am an adult with money paying for a service and deserve the respect of anyone else. 1/10 on everything won’t be seeing me or anyone that I have shared this story with shopping or getting any services provided by geek squad or Best Buy.By Matthew Reinacher (2 years ago)I have been there multiple times. Made an appointment for a sub/amp to be installed in my car yesterday, was told the installment would be about 2 hours, was there about 4 1/2 hours, which I didn’t mind because there was only two people working, and they were super busy! When my wife arrived to pick it up, she was presented with an open box with a tablet in it – no charger, no cables, no instructions. (9-6-22) Very disrespectful, rude and should be fired on the spot. You know you have had a horrible experience when another customer standing in line witnessed everything and offered his business card in case we made a call to upper management. Even that customer couldn’t believe how disrespectful and rude the assistant manager at this store was. I absolutely would not recommend Best Buy for anything after the experience we had in this store in Roanoke Virginia today. I’ve always been into music, but finally decided to get with vinyl. As a hip-hop head it’s long over due and Mt purchase of ATLP60 was a gr8 house fully automatic record player paired with the Marshall Bluetooth speaker crystal clear amazing sound. If you decide to pair via Bluetooth instead of RCA cords this speak has a fully controlled EQ which is awesome. Such a powerful speaker and of course Pac’s lyricism and passion. Not perfect, but they were honest and worked to resolve the issues which inevitably come up with technology. My only minor complaint is that they charged my for a part they installed without asking first.
