The store is very well stocked, the associates are readily available yet not overbearing, and all on-display goods seem to be well tended to and maintained in order.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are selling almost all types of electronic. Like Radio, Laptop, TV, camera, phones, games, bulb, fan, DVD, etc.

Popped into Best Buy, Rego Park to pick up a new Samsung phone. Possibly one of the nicest Besy Buys owing to the wonderful staff they have. As soon as I got there, Javier came by to ask if I needed a hand and share details on what they had on offer. Tre, came up next, showed me his personal Samsung phones (had both the flip 4. the fold 4 and even a the Galaxy Pro5 watch) and shared his experiences. And then Ariel (Samsung’s very own rep) joined us to understand my needs and further share his own personal experiences on each of the phones. None of the team were into hard selling but just offered friendly advice as to which device would best suit my needs. Felt like having a conversation with friends as to what’s the best. Settled on the Galaxy Fold 4 owing to this lovely team! If you’re on the fence about a Samsung phone or just need to check out the features of a device that may have cauught your eye, highly recommend this particular Best Buy and these gents. The inventory said it has plenty in the store not exaggerating less than a hour I went there they said it’s all gone. Even after 3 hours the system still says they have plenty in store. If tomorrow it says it’s still in stock then you might want to write that “plenty” of mw 2 off in inventory rather than keeping it on the system to look pretty to fraud the corporate. Absolutely disgusting service. I just went in there to geek squad. The guy didn’t even want to look up from his computer, “do you have an appointment?” I looked around there was no one there so I assumed he was talking to me. No I don’t I said. All he replied was ok. I said “look my phone isn’t working, it won’t even turn on.” He looked at me and said you gotta replace it. He didn’t even touch the phone or even look at it. Just wildly unhelpful. Atrocious employee. I got to the parking lot where a customer was more helpful that the employee. Like maybe your charge port is damaged. Something I expected to hear from the geek squad employee. He never even attempted to help. Totally disgusting. There’s never anyone to provide help. You have to stand on line in the cell phone section to get assistance with headphones. I had to wait until the person at the register finished helping someone who is signing up for a new phone line. And forget about asking the associates walking by.
