    Thank you Emily! Just got home and had to write this review. I had an issue where I lost my receipt for a computer that I purchased at this location as a Christmas gift. Emily who was working at the customer service desk was extremely helpful. She managed to track down my purchase and get me a copy of the receipt. I know that if I had attached the purchase to my BB account I would have had a record of the receipt but I was buying for my wife and did not want her to see the purchase. Thank you again!!! This was my best experience at any Best Buy location.

    The workers at this store are operating at 2% brain capacity. Everyone from the cashiers in perpetual training, to the ‘experience supervisor,’ to the manager—no customer service etiquette, no functioning neurons.

    I had a pre-order for a phone with a trade-in processed and ready for pickup. I arrived on time and they brought the phone out from the back. They gave me the runaround for an hour with both my current phone and the new phone in the box with my name on it, behind the counter.

    They refused to “release” the phone to me because they claimed their system would not allow them to process the trade in. The manager’s brilliant proposition was to cancel my order and re-order it. Except, in her words, the unit earmarked for me would be “burned” and could not be sold to me, and they had no other phones in the store.

    They “called” their back office and were effectively told “yeah sorry he’s **** out of luck.” That’s because that team is functioning at 1% brain capacity.

    Other Best Buy locations had similar issues and they processed trade-ins manually, rang up the phones at full cost, and applied a gift card to offset the problem. These people could not think that far because again, how can you, when you do not have 98% of your brain’s propensity for cognitive function available to use?

    They had me waiting with absolutely no resolution to offer. Best Buy will not see another dime from me or from the half-dozen people I know personally who were “burned” today by their complete, utter incompetence.

    This Best Buy is the Island of Misfit Toys personified. Just appalling.

    Warning!!! Stay far away if purchasing any type of appliance!!!

    I’ve left countless positive reviews for so many businesses and organizations, however, I rarely leave a negative review.

    As a business owner myself, I know it can be difficult… However, just to help my fellow patrons, this is the absolute worst organization to purchase any type of appliance from… Purchased one of their most expensive dishwashers available and was promised the service to take my old one out as well as install the new one… On the day of delivery the most expensive dishwasher they had that was delivered had a huge dent in the back and was taken back. However, there was no notice given upon when they would return with the new one. Had to go and hunt down that out. Actually get the item in my purchased without a dent in it… When it finally was delivered, the individuals who delivered it commented that the old one wasn’t removed? And then looked underneath the sink as if they were checking to see how to install it… Only to stand up and say. “Oh yeah we don’t install dishwashers… ” Then Why would you look under the sink and comment that the old one had not been taken out in the first place unless you intended to install it? Especially being I paid the extra hundreds of dollars to have the old one removed and the new one installed… When I went to call them up regarding what had happened in email was sent immediately to my Best buy account email address saying that all installation services and removal of old dishwasher has been canceled and they simply refunded the amount so is not having to be responsible for the install. I’ve been a very loyal customer of Best buy and my account so they don’t give great rewards when you spend thousands and thousands of dollars each year buying school equipment and even buying large amounts of iPads from them for my after school center that I run.

    Definitely makes me reconsider, continuing to be a patron having this extremely poor experience and just general lack of ownership and service professionalism.

    Went to Best Buy to get my son his first windows laptop, I was able to get quick assistance and a wealth of knowledge from a really nice tall, curly hair, young gentlemen wearing a geek squad shirt (wish I got his name). Even though they were really busy with customers during the holiday season he really took his time to make sure I made the right purchase because I had no idea where to even start. It was very much appreciated. I overheard one of the managers pumping up his team via their radios and seems like a real positive work environment. I will probably always prefer going to this location for all my electronics needs in the future.

    Short and to the point: Sam from Geek Squad is an outstanding employee.

    I had a simple issue with my phone that I could not figure out. I watched Sam walk through the door to start his shift and without wasting anytime he immediately was right next to me trying to resolve the issue. He thoroughly explained each troubleshooting technique and his reasoning behind it. In a few short minutes my phone was up and running. To ease my mind even further, he ran diagnostics on my phone just to ensure everything would be good-to-go.

    I used to work at Best Buy years ago and I have seen first hand the difference between good, bad, and great customer service…. Sam is a notch above the rest.

    Horrible experience! Stay away if you are buying appliances that require installations.
    The sales person was quick selling kitchen appliances but delivery and installation of my refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave was a nightmare! and was not even completed. They set up an appointment with a four hours window for delivery and installation. Two guys show up with the appliances but refuse hauling away the older appliances and installing the new ones stating someone else will come in for haul away and installation. They leave the appliances in the middle of the living room. You call Best Buy again and arrange for that. They come in and haul away and install two appliances out of four and say the other two is not their responsibility and someone else will come in for that. Always confusion about what to install and what to haul away. their fourth trip they gave a time frame in the afternoon but the driver calls at 9:30 AM stating that he is by the building. He installs the microwave but not the fridge. I was so fed up I paid the super of the building additional money to install the fridge. Very unprofessional and time consuming. Never again! Stay away.

    To be honest, I never write any reviews, but after this experience I really wanted to. Joshua is the best sales agent I encountered in a while. Very professional, knowledgeable and has a very positive energy. It was definitely a highlight of my shopping experience!

    The biggest highlight and the reason I chose to write this review is because of my most recent shopping experience at Best Buy during which I encountered very knowledgeable sales associates, who were patient enough to help me even during the busy holiday season. Whenever I had a question or needed help making a decision, I was able to find someone who was able to assist me. They were patient and took the time to explain different features and options, which made it much easier for me to make an informed purchase.

    To sum this up, I would certainly recommend shopping at this location for anyone in need of electronics or home appliances, especially for someone who is looking for help. The store is well-stocked, the prices are competitive, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best locations I have been to and I am saying this because I have gone to other locations where the service wasn’t as great.

    I purchased this expensive Samsung refrigerator with the warranty and delivery and installation all through BestBuy. The order was delivered with a huge dent on one side and long scratch, they changed out the unit for a brand new one, or so I thought. After a while, the ice machine began to intermittently work and dispensed this shard of plastic into my lemonade, I drank it only to almost choke on this plastic piece that was dispensed. I called Samsung and they sent a repair tech to my home and found this large plastic piece lodged in my ice maker, the piece does not belong to any Samsung fridge and definitely not this one. This refrigerator has never been taken apart or fixed by anyone, only delivered and set up by the BestBuy vendors at my home.

    How is this possible!!! I have spoken with several Samsung reps and managers and they state it is on BestBuy to resolve this.

    How is this possible. Two refrigerators with issues from BestBuy. This one cut my mouth on the inside as I almost choked on this plastic piece.

    When customer is doing research online before purchase big ticket item a washer dryer or tv or any electronic. Best buy is the place to make final purchase. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I was helped by Luis. It was very busy store hours, he took his time to explain us about the electronics we were purchased. Thank you

    Great customer service. Only reason for the five stars. Only issue is the store is dirty. Looks like there is no custodian to clean/sweep/ pick up trash. Lots of dust and dust. Dusty environments is a big sign that Covid-19 protocols are not in place.

    Bought an occulus but sat there waiting by the item for a very long time. Wish that they had sales reps walking around to help customers. I had to hunt someone down at a desk and was directed to the register and had to ask for my item there. They really need to offer better assistance to people like me who don’t always shop there.

    Everyone working here is really nice and helpful. You might have to wait to get help sometimes, especially during busy hours. Most of the times the item I want is out of stock but it gets delivered in next 2 days so no complaints. One of my favorite stores!

    Walked in to a very busy store and all the employees were busy. I ended up approaching Marco and even though it wasn’t his department I needed helped with he walked me across the store to help me purchase a storage device to store my pics and videos from my phone.     Place is good for electronics lovers. All latest brands and designs are present. Dedicated section for each brand is present. Repair section is present at the entrance itself. Lot of self check options for the mobile and laptops are present. Staff is available for help in almost each section. Brands like apple, Samsung etc are at the beginning itself.     I feel like best buy is trying to get rid of their trash products in the store as they don’t give you much options in store comparing to shopping online.
    I was there searching for a portable monitor for business travel and all I found is a cheap plastic monitor costs me around $130 with no functionality at all but a USB port for viewing (brand called AOC). of course I found more options online but I needed something quick and to see it physically to determine if it meets my requirements or not.
    They even didn’t have a display kit for it because it obvious that no one will buy it if they saw it in display.
    I feel like they are pushing their customers away from buying in store to go online BUT, if you wanna do that, you have to offer same day/next day pickup not 2 weeks to get what you are looking for.
    Aren’t you in fast pace Era with us guys?!!

    I’ll go back to Amazon, at least they have variety of options there to select from.

    Electronics department was super helpful. I named a budget and they helped me design an entire desktop set up with insurance all within budget. They had a great sense of humor and were super fun to work with even in the wake of black Friday. Love my new set up!

    Actually went to Geek Squad. Brought laptop and a PC. Laptop was three years old. Couldn’t help on either item. What’s the point of paying membership to them if they tell you a 3-year-old laptop is too old for them to help. Just buy all new computers every three years!!! Same with PC. They don’t have a connector to access it! Too out dated!Four years old! Great if you’re wealthy and can afford to buy that often. What a waste of membership fees to The Geek Squad.
