    This Location was very pleasant, customer service is very helpful and I found myself picking up more items than I originally came for. I like to shop here because the warranty they offer for their electronics is a nice investment incase your electronics devices ever need repairs. Customer Service workers were very pleasant here although they all were busy due to the large numbers of customers who reqired assistance. They have a variety of electronics to choose from for all of your technical needs.     The craziest situation I ever encountered. They would not sell me a TV because they didn’t think it would fit in my SUV. Well, I went to the Best Buy in Southaven instead and could not have turned out better. As you can see from the picture, the TV fit perfectly.

    Went into the Memphis location on Poplar to purchase a washer and dryer. All around great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The store associate who assisted us was awesome and was able to answer all my questions. He made sure I had everything I needed for delivery and installation. The folks who came to deliver and install were also fantastic. There was a small issue with my water drainage pipe that they were able to work around to get me all hooked up and ready to go.
    I have been to this location 3 times since moving here, for various things. Every time has been a good experience. This is one of the reasons I have continued to shop at Best Buy over the years, their service is good across the board, no matter what state I have shopped in (IL, WI, IN, and TN).

    This is the only best buy store that I have issues at. The other night they stopped curbside delivery so I went in. I stood in the customer pick up line for 15 min until a customer not employee told me the customer pick up was at the front register and not were the sign instructed customers to wait. Then they took forever to pull a item that was ready for pick up. I recommend the Southaven store. Much better experience and management is always visible.

    I will never go in the store again the manager their so rude. I was their picking up a delivery order I kept telling her she had to scan the barcode on my phone to find the correct order and to complete the transaction. She gone tell me no I don’t so then she pulls the order had two of the same it’s with the same name but get this different cities and state. Why she was trying to be so smart she gave me the wrong order. The item she gave me was for someone with the same name in California this is Memphis. Next thing I do is call the delivery service I work for to help with the order since the store manager told me she was not going to help me. My job told me to ask for the receipt in which she should have given to me anyway. I had who I work for on speaker the manager response was maybe I will give you a receipt rude and do not need to be working with the public not to mention they lost the guy that was in line in front of me order and she walked off as if she didn’t care and didn’t try to help. She also had the never to talk about me with other employees in my face people like her should not have a job were they have to deal with customers you never know who you are being rude to or would would read this she makes the company look bad. I kept the receipt to the wrong address I will be contacting corporate about her she given out people personal info. Sad

    Love best buy, they always have what I’m looking for. Not always the cheapest but definitely good peace of mind knowing it came from retail and I can always return it exchange an item if any issues occur. Most warranties are reasonably priced but some can be a bit expensive. The retail experience of being able to touch, feel and physically try items before purchase is still appreciated. Hopefully they stay in business so we don’t lose this experience like what happened to other retailers. Customer service representatives are readily available and the layout is spacious with plenty of display models available. The store is kept neat and clean so it’s always a nice experience.

    My husband and I were helping our son relocate out of state for work after just finishing college. We needed help picking out a TV and Kyle. P one of the sales associates was very helpful and patient. Kyle made the experience very enjoyable and quick. I would definitely recommend this young man if you are going into the Mobile location as he will not disappoint and get you set up with what you need.

    After multiple chances I’m compelled to finally give them a review. In short, they suck. Their customer service is the pits, their sales staff are abnormally focused on their phones, rather than customers, and getting them to do something is impossible. I haven’t bought a product here yet that I’ve been satisfied with.
    A fading brand, Best Buy just needs to go away.

    This Best Buy is the greatest Coastal location, from Louisiana to Alabama. Wonderful Customer Service. Especially the gentleman working Samsung- he is top notch;He knows his stuff and he is always eager to assist with and teach about anything Sumsung related, with a smile and a great sense of humor. Which is why this is the only place I will purchase my devices and electronics. I tell everyone I know to go to Mobile- Best Buy for their needs, as well.
    I’ve been to other locations, and unfortunately, the visits were not good experiences, as it seemed most of the employees were unhappy to be working. So thank you for the outstanding Customer Service, as well as the cleanliness of the store.

    Had to find someone to help me when and I approached her she didn’t open her mouth until I talked to her..I said are you busy to which she replied yes and I’ll get to you when I can. Never acknowledged me until I spoke. I then walked away and found a very nice lady that was so nice. There’s no excuse for an employee to act that way…I’m the customer..the reason she gets paid.

    Have gone to several different of these stores before. Staff were always helpful, until today. We stayed and walked around in the phone and accessories department for awhile. There were several people supposedly working in this store and behind the desk. No one attempted to help us or even talk to us to ask us if we needed help even though we looked at all the phones on the table. If you need any help, or have questions about products, you need to go to another store that may actually care if they help you. I’ve never been ignored in a store like this before. And, they did not have other customers at the time. I know why, if this is how they treat customers.

    Rep helping us to find USB options and discuss multiple screens for laptops was great. Super friendly and understanding. Very helpful. We found what we needed. Only negative was line queue. Main registers were closed for some reason and line at customer service line was jumbled and had people running into each other. Temp position but should be addressed.

    Went in to buy a 32 inch TV with Bluetooth and av jacks. Was told they didn’t sell them. Called the main Best Buy number and was told they had 4 in stock. Some of the people that work in this store,, I just Don’t know about em.

    This was a quick in and out trip to get a travel charger for an iPad. Greeter at the door was very polite and walked me straight to what I needed. The cashier was very friendly and let my granddaughter use her fuzzy pen to drawwhich distracted her while we waited (short wait) and got rung up.
    I’ve always found the staff at every Best Buy I got to pleasant and knowledgeable.

    Noticed the now hiring sign at front door. 15$/hr.
    Was in store for at least 30 minutes.
    Looked at tv’s, sound bars, refrigerators, etc….
    No one and I mean no one ever offered to help, see if we had any questions, etc…
    So what were the employees doing?
    Guys in the tv area “grab-assing”. Having a hoot nanny.
    Other employees. Looking at their phones.
    Pitiful customer service.
    But they making 15$/hr.

    I’ve been in there twice both times buying fire sticks. The first time I got the cheap one that doesn’t have volume controls and it was great other than that. This time I got the 4k max. It’s a powerful streamer but honestly not much better than the lite version. But the people at the store are helpful, kind and courteous. I’d recommend to everyone

    I’m glad we still have a brick and mortar option dedicated to TVs, electronics, and other home entertainment appliances. Prices are usually pretty comparable to Amazon, within a few dollars. They seem to be short staffed, but who isn’t these days.

    Geek Squad is a bit pricey but very handy in a tight spot.

    WEBSITE DOES NOT HAVE LIVE STOCK!!
    The staff was very helpful.. but I made a long drive to pick something up “2 in stock” and they had none. You can’t call them because it gets transferred to a call center so that wasn’t helpful.. they told me flowood had one and they didn’t either. I’m buying my stuff online since they have a broken system…. Thanks Best Buy

    This store is in a fine location in Madison MS. I needed help looking for two items. The staff was quite helpful and patient, helping me look up the items on their computer. I’ll definitely return to this location in the future. There are lots of other retail and restaurants in the area.
