    Sony rep Jackie was there and was very informative about the Sony products. Went in looking to just replace the bad TV in our camper, ended up deciding to move the house TV into the camper and totally upgraded the house TV and sound bar, with Sony products of course.
    Check out with Best Buy employee was just as easy. Brought the items out and helped load into out truck.

    Nadia from the Geek Squad was able to solve a problem with my tablet that other places such as Apple were unable to. I was very impressed with her ability and perseverance in solving this for me. The best customer service I have ever had!

    Did a curbside pickup. Waited curbside for 40 min after letting them know I was there and they never brought out my item. Store closed after the 40 min I waited. Why offer curb side if you ignore the orders? Canceled order, will purchase somewhere else.

    They left my 65” tv outside in the rain. Told the delivery drivers to leave it inside and even left a signed note on the door and the breezeway was left unlocked for them. Came home to find it on my back deck in the rain

    Went in to buy new stereo components, 5 sales associates playing on their phones when I finally got help, they showed me the most expensive items, I pretty much knew what I wanted as I went on their website but sadly you can’t test the items because nothing is plugged in or hooked up. But I was clearly told I could return if I was not happy. Associate really was not familiar with products and blew a pretty good sale. Bad experience!

    3 star review solely for the fact that their parking lot is a disaster. Getting in and out of there even during a slightly busier time, you will be waiting an hour to get. Aside from that, they were super fast to bring out my curbside order. It took way less time to get my order than it did to get in, park in a spot, and get out of the parking spot and lot. My advice, going during weird hours or off season times, and you will be fine.

    I bought a garbage disposal which was the wrong model for my sink. We relied on the the advice and assistance of the store salesman to make the purchase. The installation company delivered the disposer. The installer was courteous and polite during the whole installation process, at the end of the installation it was discovered that the wrong model was sold to me. The installer informed me that I would be contacted by Best Buy and that he would be back to switch out the incorrect model for a correct model. I was contacted by a very rude person from Best Buy that evening at dinner time. I was unable to speak at the time of the call and returned a call the next day to get service. The person who I spoke to was completely unable to help and obviously had no product knowledge. I asked to contact the technician who installed the disposal to get right model and he refused. Very disappointed with Best Buy. I will not be making purchases in future.

    BEST BUY HAS DONE IT AGAIN! Second serious problem in two months. Bought a dvd online from Best Buy. We have Geek Squad coverage that pays for installation. When we received DVD we called local store and we’re advised that online purchases were not eligible for coverage. Advised by ZACK that we had to return DVD and repurchase in the store. We did this and item was installed. Best Buy bill charges for two DVDs – no credit for return. Spoke at length with Best Buy who advised that we would receive credit but might take 30-60 days. Now receiving calls from credit card for payment. Likely we will cancel this account. Their products and installations are good but billing is atrocious!

    I most use Best Buy to fulfill an online order. By that I mean I order online and then select pickup at the local store if they stock the item. Very occasionally I will shop the store in person, but I find the selection lacking, the staff not so knowledgeable, and the retail pricing too high. For example, I needed a MicroSD reader and quick so I found one at Best Buy for $30. Then searching on Amazon I found something that looked exactly the same albeit a different brand for $13 so back to Best Buy for a return. It’s rare for Best Buy to have the cheapest price, but it occasionally happens. I try to involve them whenever I can because I do want them around. Years back we had a CompUSA, a Circuit City, a Tweeter, and so much more along our local retail route. Best Buy is all that’s left sadly.

    I went to get the new IPhone 40 min before closing and the store rep told me they couldn’t help me. That activating a new service would take too long. What about customer service. So the rep said to reserve the iPhone 14 online for pick up so I did. Come the next day they canceled my order I’m pretty sure they knew who I was. Pretty upset. They lost my
    Business as a customer at this location. Pretty unhappy with how this was handled coulda been different so I went directly to another store great service at Verizon corporate store.

    Wanted to buy 3 of same items that was labeled wrong and Manager wouldn’t honor when I see them honor for other customers . Not sure why I won’t get same option . When I believe. I’m actually an Elite Customer. Store is poorly staffed. Not even busy and not one person came to me offering help . If store has item labeled I only believe it’s right to honor.     Very polite employees, got asked a few times if i needed help. Weren’t overly active, always behind me like it happens in some other stores.

    Great variety of computers and headphones for what i could see, and i considered the gaming laptop prices to be not that high, actually. Was hoping to see bigger numbers.

    Yesterday I went there to have a remote starter, which I bought on-line, installed. Great service, they let me know that I already had a remote in my car and all I needed was a new remote control and a software upgrade. They refunded me the difference (80% of the cost) and the whole installation took me an hour. Finding a place that you can trust this days, for a service like this in your car, is priceless.

    The worst service in the world, from start to now!¡! After purchasing an alarm and setting up instillation, I waited 45 days to get a call the day before instillation at 4pm and no install was done. Instead I had to go pickup the alarm and make an appointment 2 months from day I picked up the alarm. Pathetic to feel like an after thought to such a large company, sad really in California they would have offered me a discount for being treated like a second class citizen.
    I will not be shopping best buy ever again and I’m telling all my friends that best buy could care less about the older communities that frequent their stores.
    Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Even the managers should have been more attentive to my situation but instead made me feel it was my problem and I was not worthy of being assisted in a much better manner than I was.

    Given this Best Buy is in Cambridge, an area with higher acquisitive power, I think it might be better equipped, with better inventory I mean.

    I found it misaligned with the area.

    However, it has great customer service. The reps proactively ask you if they can help.

    One downside for people with mobility disabilities is that there is no elevators, so they will need to use the ones provided by the mall, which is a long trip from the store.

    Have been to two Best buys in the last few days. Needed help in purchasing a WiFi extender. Lots of merchandise not so much staff. Got alil info but it seems the young people that would know some high tech stuff kinda don’t. So makes for even more confusion and extra work. Plus Best buy is kind of expensive. So I guess I educate myself online and do the same for ordering product. It’s too bad.

    I would have given 5 stars, but they’re extremely understaffed and the one associate said she was gonna help me, but walked off the floor! I had an amazing associate who helped me and made the last few minutes of the transaction go much better than when I walked into their establishment.

    My boyfriend and I walked in to buy a TV but no one approached us. We browsed on our own for a good half hour, nobody cared, then we went over to someone to get help and it felt like the guy was doing us this huge favor by listening. Sure enough we were there to apply for their credit card and buy a $1800 TV, so the salesman’s attitude changed real quick once he realized that. I’ve had better experiences.

    As for the retail services they have always been fine. BUT when seeking a repair MAKE SURE before you drive all the way there that they are “authorized” to repair your brand. Why they don’t have a simple algorithm in their appointment platform to save us the trouble is… well… an inconsiderate and outrageous way to get traffic into the store.

    I made an appointment and got way too many texts regarding the same, lugged the received in, stood and answered questions then was asked to step aside for some people that were “just picking up their phone.” One quarter of a NYT Sunday crossword later he got back to me. Then said, right before taking my money, “oh let me make sure we’re authorized.” Really??

    Hey Best Buy. Stick to retail.

    Excellent customer service when I went to buy a printer. Got just what I needed at right price. No pressure to buy a bigger more expensive unit. Even got printer carried up front and put in my car

    Will never shop here again! Lois in the appliance department is one of the worst sales person I’ve ever encountered. She was nothing but rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I went to buy a refrigerator and she told me that they did not have any fridges within my $2k budget and said I should go to the Best Buy outlet in Brockton and walked away. as I was leaving, I saw a fridge on display and went to my car and purchased it on line. Fast forward, I paid someone to pick up the fridge who met me at the store. I went inside to check out the fridge as it was being wrapped up and noticed new scratches on the door which came from the opening of a fridge door place right next to it. A customer wanted to look at the neighboring fridge and I told Lois to not open the door because I had just purchased my fridge and the other door was scratching it. She ignored me and opened it anyways then proceeded to tell me that my fridge door was not damaged although you could clearly see the marks made from the other door (and I took pictures before asking to speak to a manager and before Lois opened the door). I asked Lois to find a manager and she continued to say the door wasn’t damaged. I then told her that I was no longer going to speak with her and that I was waiting for a manger. She pointed at me and said “Oh, I’ll get the manager!” In a tone as if she was thinking that the joke would be on me precise she was going to tell the manager not to help me. And that’s what she did. She left the client that was looking at the other fridge and walked to the nearest manager. I walked behind her and overheard her talking about me to the manager and another appliance sales person. The manager comes over and I told him how unprofessional Lois was and he overlooked it and said the marks on the door still qualifies the fridge as being in satisfactory condition. I grew tired of explaining that the damage occurred after I purchased the fridge and told them to just wrap it up and I would figure it out another time. The movers carefully brought the 3x bubble wrapped fridge into my house and removed the wrap and plugged the fridge in. THE FRIDGE DOES NOT COME ON!!! I tried several outlets and used extension cords to other outlets and nothing. It is defective!!! All of the headache to purchase the fridge and no one in the store had even checked it to see if it worked before placing it for sale. I called the store…NO ANSWER! I could only reached the cal center who told me that I would have to return the fridge for a refund! Who will refund me for the pick up and delivery fee of $400??!!! I asked the call center to transfer me directly to the store and I left a voicemail and no return call has been mad to me. I am super upset and disappointed with this entire experience.

    I shopped online and chose pick-up in store option. (needed new keyboard asap, coffee accident). It was ready for pick up in less than 1 hour. I was very impressed with how easy it was. And how fast I was able to start typing again. 😀

    Best Buy is a great store. Just not this one. Last 4 times I have been in this store to make a major purchase 3 of them there was not an employee to be found. Just like today employees would duck down aisles to avoid helping is what I would assume. 6 employees standing next to eachother at the front of the store drinking coffee gives me the impression that either they don’t want to help or are not knowledgeable on the products. I left here and bought my products at another Best Buy in Kingston. This will be the last time I approach the Braintree store.
