    Ordered a TV online and said it would be ready in 1 hour. Waited the next day and still wasn’t ready so I went into the store and they had a whole bunch on the shelf but they never bothered to fulfill my order so I had to buy it and cancel the online order. And wait forever to get my refund. Everyone there just kinda seemed dead inside. Next time I’ll definitely go to the West side where they actually do their jobs.

    Went to buy a printer. The salesperson was very helpful but I wish he’d recommended the proper cable needed to connect it to our Apple devices for setup. It didn’t come with one. And the wait to check out seemed too long, especially when the person at 1 of the 2 staffed registers looked right at me then turned and walked away.

    Always has a great atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable and can generally answer your questions. Clean and organized, too. Great deals also, I buy all major electronics from here. And with Totall-Tech, it makes warranties and fixing all your devices and electronics easy and hassle free.

    Went to make a purchase, looked at the product and stood around waiting for someone to assist me, after about 5 minutes i reached out to someone passing by and asked for assistance. They said they would get someone to help me. Stood around for another five minutes as associates walked around passing me by, again i reached out to a couple of associates walking by talking and i finally got some help. The look and attitude i got from them just fir asking for help made me realize they don’t care about customer service. I be making my purchases online from another vendor from now on. They don’t need customers interrupting their conversations to provide service and do their jobs.
    No wonder more people are making purchases online, it’s simple and no attitude. Big box stores days are numbered just for those reasons.

    I would not recommend this location unless you know what you want and have purchased it online first.

    Their inventory numbers are always wrong, their staff is rude and most of their staff has NO knowledge about product functionality and operation. If you try to ask a question, the unpleasant situation becomes intolerable. This goes for the TV, Computer, Car Audio and now Cell Phone departments and staff.

    Do not expect to get someone on the phone at this location if you have questions about product functionality or availability. If they have something in stock, make sure they actually pull it off the shelf because their inventory numbers are always wrong and they could care less. If you get someone on the phone, it’s typically from the national call center. You might as well hang up because if you call back and ask a different person the same question, you will get a completely different answer each time.

    I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for 30+ years. I will avoid the Tiffany Springs Best Buy and drive 20 to 40+ minutes to the Best Buy in Liberty or Micro Center in Overland Park.

    Hopefully their corporate management will see this and their customer service will improve like it was when they were located at 169 and Barry Rd.

    Best Buy had exactly what I needed, an indoor TV antenna. I asked for help finding it in the store. A clerk showed up immediately, showed me three choices and recommended the best one in his opinion. I installed it, easy install as he had said. So far it is doing everything I had hoped for. Thank you Best Buy!

    Best Buy is always a GREAT experience! I ordered an item for pickup which became available 2 days early! I needed a couple other accessories to mount a TV in my kid’s room which were in-stock helping me get in and out quickly. Love the playground!

    I want to give a 5 star to employee Megan at the Tiffany Springs location. She greeted us with a smile and cheery attitude as soon as we walked in the door. She found one of our items for us while we were looking at something else. She answered any questions we had openly and honestly. We feel she is a definite asset to your company and really appreciated her.

    I went to my cell phone provider to buy a screen protector for my phone. After waiting a while and not even being acknowledged, I left for a while and came back. Second time around, they took my name, but were still very busy and not moving very quickly down the list of people waiting. So I left and went to Best Buy instead. I understand they were busy, and I am ok with that. If I hadn’t had other things going on, I probably would have waited patiently for my turn. I said all that to say that I am SO glad I went to Best Buy instead.
    They greeted me, helped me find what I needed (which was $10 cheaper than at the other store) and were very kind! It was refreshing.
    I took the screen protector home and tried applying it myself… Not the best decision. So I went back the next day, and again they greeted me, were polite and SUPER helpful! Both trips into Best Buy were less than 15 minutes I would say, and I left with the things I needed and felt satisfied with my experience. I am thankful!

    To this store’s credit the lost star is because of Best Buy in general. This store is always clean and organized. With the exception of one particular female manager (that I can’t even remember the name of) the staff is friendly and helpful.

    Best Buy has been slowly going downhill for years. The stores carry less and less variety and I find myself looking online more for things that I would rather pick up locally. Most of the laptops they carry in stores have too low of a storage capacity. Many of the laptops are overpriced for their specs, and it is easy to find better elsewhere.

    As a guy that really enjoys tech and computers, I used to get excited about going to a Best Buy, but that just isn’t true anymore.

    This store is smaller, with less selection. They were out of a lot of products, but I imagine that’s supply chain issues. I was disappointed in the lack of good prices in open box items, which used to be great deals. I was also VERY annoyed by the number of people who repeatedly asked me if I was finding everything OK. When you see your coworkers asking me, or you’ve asked me once, Please don’t keep bothering me. I want to browse in peace and think carefully over my purchases.

    I don’t remember the gentleman that helped me (I think it is Dalton) but he helped me and recommended the best bone condition head set for the application I needed. I would have given 5 stars but every employee that passed me did not stop nor ask if I needed help. I actually had to track an employee down before I could get some help

    Usually my experience at Best Buy is a postivive one. Today was not one of those days. Most if not all workers here are very educated and helpful when it comes to the products they sell. Today I encountered an employee with a very nasty attitude. He was hostile and standoffish the whole time he was “helping” us. You would think when someone is buying a pricey apple product they would act nicer and be helpful. That was not the case today. I am disgusted at how I was treated me despite my calm attitude towards said employee the whole time despite them being hostile. I do not recommend shopping here while this employee is there. Give your money to some other company where the employees will treat you better.

    Went to the store and purchased a high end dishwasher to replace the builder installed one that quit within twonweeks of moving in, and signed up for the total tech to cover the installation and parts. Had to wait a week after verifying the inventory and scheduling it. I was contacted by the delivery and installation team the night before by the name of Melvin Balbuena and he stated they would be earlier than the expected time of 1200 and I said great lets do it. Unfortunately, they never showed up. Best Buy said they wont be able to reschedule for another week after over an hour wait in three different departments. Update. All my interactions were with a national call center and not the store. When I went into the store, I had a good conversation with the department manager and she was able to help me. Will follow up with the response escalation from the store.

    Clotheswasher purchased here was delivered damaged. When I rejected it at the street they took it back and then rescheduled another delivery a week later. The second washer was also damaged. Absolutely no human follow up from Best Buy in either situation. Not happy.

    The experience began with Jack Carruth. I wanted a new television. He answered every single question I had about TVs. He was extremely knowledgeable about every television Best Buy had to offer. I wanted to mount our TV and he walked me through the entire process. He did not try to over sale anything. It was a great Experience. Then came Ethan and his partner(forgot to ask his name) to install the TV. They we’re absolutely fantastic. Both were full of knowledge and I could tell they loved what they do.     Three days in a row and a total of 4 trips to Best Buy to pick up my laptop I purchased. The first day I went in I was planning on trading in my old laptop for a new one. They talked to me about how I have to be an “authorized user” on my dad’s account to use the Best Buy credit card (my dad lives two hours away and I needed a new laptop). Left with my old laptop. Came back the next day, now being an authorized user, finally traded in my old laptop but for some reason I could not purchase the new laptop because the zip code and social security number was not being recognized in their system (everything was up to date). Then went to another computer to send a “pay by link” to my dad so I could walk out with a new laptop. They could not apply the trade-in gift card to the pay by link. Left without my old laptop nor the new one. Dad purchased the new laptop for order pickup. Went back the next day to pickup the new laptop. I couldn’t pick it up because my dad was not with me and there was not an option to add my name to the pick-up order without canceling the whole order. Someone at the desk told me how to add my name to the pick-up order but the website was down. Left with no laptop. About to make my 4th trip to get the laptop.
