Love best buy, they always have what I’m looking for. Not always the cheapest but definitely good peace of mind knowing it came from retail and I can always return it exchange an item if any issues occur. Most warranties are reasonably priced but some can be a bit expensive. The retail experience of being able to touch, feel and physically try items before purchase is still appreciated. Hopefully they stay in business so we don’t lose this experience like what happened to other retailers. Customer service representatives are readily available and the layout is spacious with plenty of display models available. Especially the gentleman working Samsung- he is top notch;He knows his stuff and he is always eager to assist with and teach about anything Sumsung related, with a smile and a great sense of humor. Which is why this is the only place I will purchase my devices and electronics. I tell everyone I know to go to Mobile- Best Buy for their needs, as well.
I’ve been to other locations, and unfortunately, the visits were not good experiences, as it seemed most of the employees were unhappy to be working. So thank you for the outstanding Customer Service, as well as the cleanliness of the store.

After calling and inquiring about why, I was told it was on back order. So, several issues here make NO SENSE!!! When I purchased it, it was in stock, so that one should have been accounted for as sold. Second, how can a company call that late day of delivery about the issue? I was warned not to buy at Best Buy for this very reason.Bought exact product down the hill, $300 less, being delivered in two weeks. 258 in their stock. 1st and last experience with Best Buy.

This store is a joke. Don’t waste your time. According to the sales rep the bigger stores in Alabama get all the inventory. Pictures say it all.By David Kone (7 months ago)I spent an hour testing the refrigerator before deciding on the one I wanted. After I spent two weeks researching them online. But it isn’t in stock. Not in the store, not in the warehouse, nor in the country, and if the estimated time of delivery was accurate it probably wasn’t even in stock at the place where the materials are sources before production. Seriously, in two months you could mine the ore, refine the metal, forge the panels, synthesize the plastics assemble the product, and deliver it.
If you can’t sell it please remove it from the showroom. Dont waste your time here if you’re planning on building a computer or upgrading your computer. Heck all i saw here were laptops. I came here primarily to find a new computer case, motherboard, and cpu, but come to find out they dont sell computer cases. It seems like they sell more toys than they do electronics here. Ive attached a picture of the cpu,gpu, motherboard selections they have to choose from, and as you can see it’s very limited. They had like 3 different cpus at most and an rtx 3060 was their best gpu offered 😒. If you are looking for anything electronic and you are confused about what to get, you are lost in Tech World, you don’t know your Apple dongle from a hole in the ground…..go to Best Buy and ask for Cole. Cole was great. He is very knowledgeable and well mannered. You can tell he listened in school and was raised by some very Christian, God fearing parents. He was able to direct me to the TV with the EXACT options I was looking for. The price was comparable to all other places, but the shopping experience was like none other. Cole even took time to help me strap my TV in my truck. I only had one strap so we had to secure it to my yeti cooler. That thing held the TV with the same power and tenacity it uses to keep a wild bear away from my evenly chilled snacks. Thanks Cole!!!! I was told what I needed and had it sent to the Spanish Fort, AL store. When I got there they only had 1 of 3, but they did have some in the store. So, they returned the two that didn’t come from my online order and sold me the two in the store. I got home to find that they were not the correct ones. I live 40 minutes away from this store and do not travel this way often so I came today to exchange for the correct kind. I was treated with such disrespect by team members and management. I am a director in the hospitality industry and I would not tolerate my staff treating anyone in the manner in which they treat customers . Not only will I never shop at this store again, I will never use Best Buy again for anything.
